Review updated on 6/62025 I don't know why I thought my level of satisfaction would be any different than in the past but I had a craving for one of the breakfast scrambles this morning and there must have been some additional desire to frustrate myself as well. I went onto the Tims app and ordered a scramble, a cofee and 20 assorted timbits. In addition to the food, I find their re-usable plastic cups to be convenient so added 2 of those to the order. A hot one and a cold one.
Here's how it turned out.
Coffee, - it's Tim's coffee, not as good as it used to be but acceptable.
Breakfast scramble - excellent, I have to say this is my favourite item on their menu
Timbits - Assorted, if you consider only 2 kinds to be assorted. All filled timbits. VERY disappointed.
The hot and cold beverage cups - Not included, completely left out of the order.
Adjustment to my receipt - Nope, paid for everything but only got 3 of the 5 items.
Poked around the Tim's app and finally found how to let them know about issues. I heard back about 30 minutes after reporting it and they gave me 1200 points but no refund of what I paid. So basically I paid about $6 for the value of 3 coffees. Points expire as well so I only have a limited time to redeem them.
Bottom line: They still have zero interest in doing better. At this point I kind of want them to take the maple leaf off of their brand. They're embarrassingly bad now.
Original review below;
Ordered a farmers breakfast wrap this morning and was shocked by how small it is now. It was honestly about 2/3 the size it used to be and the price has gone up. I don't blame this location for it, Tim Hortons in general needs to do better. It's no longer the proud Canadian icon it used to be. and with the breakfast sandwich being way overpriced now, I have no reason to go there anymore.

Read moreI have been going to this Tim Hortons for many years. I have seen them go through many different managers but the one currently in charge sticks out to me the most and not in a positive way. I believe her name is Sourouur or something similar to that. I went inside after the ice storm last week, and it was very packed and understandably slow. I am very observant and was watching the whole dynamic with her team and she was horrible. She was mad at everyone the whole time, and in turn, I am assuming because of the stress, most of the team were serving clients with a very serious face. She was constantly yelling and being rude to everyone. This is not the first time that I have noticed her behaviour but this time it was worse, and I was contemplating saying something to her. I cannot stand to see employees being bullied by managers that are on a constant power trip. I have been trying to find out who the owners are to complain about her disgusting attitude towards staff and clients but have not been successful. If anyone knows, please let me...
Read moreThis is literally the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to and avoid it at as much as possible despite its convenient location. The staff are unpleasant at best, it’s always filthy, slow, overflowing garbages inside and out and they never get Uber orders right. We’ll go in person or order from Uber from other locations that are farther away just to avoid dealing with this location. Horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. We tried ordering from this location again ONLY because it’s the only one with steeped tea. Boy what a huger mistake than the last time!!! I got half an XL steeped tea and made with cream instead of milk, we ordered 2 honey cruellers and instead received 2 sour cream glazed, 1 egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on biscuit and instead received an English muffin with ONLY a slice of cheese and finally I paid extra for my egg and cheese breakfast sandwich as I wanted extra egg, extra cheese and on a croissant. I also received an English muffin with only a slice of cheese. How could they have messed up so...
