We’ve been to this Subway location a couple of times now, and honestly, we keep coming back mainly because of one amazing employee — Stephanie. From the very first visit, she left such a positive impression on us with her kindness, warmth, and incredible customer service. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely nice to talk to. It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly seems to enjoy their job and takes the time to make each customer feel valued — but Stephanie does exactly that, every single time.
It might sound funny to some, but we actually choose to come to this specific Subway location because of her. There are other Subways closer to where we live, but none that offer the same level of service and positive energy that Stephanie brings. She makes something as simple as grabbing a sub feel like a personalized and pleasant experience.
You can tell she puts care and effort into what she does — from how she prepares the food to how she interacts with every customer. Maybe treat your customers with decency and respect and you won’t get bad reviews. If you’re so miserable working at Subway, find another job, and for everyone’s sake preferably not in customer service. Also, I wonder where the manager is?
The other day I made an order online. I arrived to pick up my order and they told me they had cancelled it. They told me I had to wait 3-4 days to get my refund which seemed odd to me. I don’t see why you cancel my order it’s not my fault you guys didn’t have the necessary ingredients to do my order. At least call or email me that you have cancelled it prior to me driving all the way to the Subway and wasting my time.

When asked to get refunded for their dirty potatoes they refused stating they needed to text their manager who was not in-store. They were 3 employees on staff but all the tables were all filthy and no one was cleaning because they were too busy eating in the back and playing on their phones.
