Subway — Restaurant in Gatineau

I have never had a hot chicken teriyaki sandwich at this location. Once the chicken had ice on it. I have stopped going to this location since then(6 years ago, 2013), which stinks because it's very close to where I live. Gladly a new subway has opened up on the corner of Vanier and allumetiere which has nailed my sandwich so well, that even after a 20 minute drive to work, the sandwich is hot, crispy, and fresh....and after ordering from Wilfred Lavigne and making the 3 minute drive to my house, the sandwich is soggy, and cold, with a few ice chips. Maybe it's the unfortunate times I have went to that location...but why take the chance? The times I go, it's best on Vanier....I will gladly...

Ordered 3 sandwiches online. My husband got there as the sandwiches were being made. A young lady was making the sandwiches and an older lady pushed her out of the way to make the sandwiches. All 3 sandwiches were incorrect. I paid for extra cheese on my steak and cheese footlong and it had no cheese at all. My husband spoke to the lady as she was putting crispy onions on my sandwich as he know I am not a fan of onions. My husband said are you sure the order said onions…she said yes. Not so. Hubby got my bread, I got his bread. I will never order online again. Not sure if it was done on purpose as if you order online you get 1...

I have complete confidence in this location, I have dietary allergies and the staff do not think twice when I ask them to change their gloves before touching my sandwich. If you do have restrictions I recommend this location as they never make you feel bad, and the girl( no name tag so cannot give kudos) did it with no question and my daughter watched her wash her hands before putting new gloves on and was just as pleasant as she was to the person before. In a Subway that is rare!!.. Thank you to the team for ensuring I can enjoy your product...
