Exceptional Experience with the Beef Bibimbap
I recently visited this restaurant and was completely impressed by their beef bibimbap. The presentation was simply spectacular: each ingredient was carefully cut and cooked to perfection, creating a visually captivating dish that anticipated the gastronomic experience to come.
The rice had the ideal texture —neither too dry nor too moist— demonstrating the attention to detail in preparation. What surprised me most was tasting each component separately before mixing everything together.
Each ingredient maintained its freshness and distinctive flavor: the crisp vegetables, the tender and well seasoned meat, all in perfect individual harmony.
Once I added the sauce and mixed all the ingredients, the result was a perfectly balanced symphony of flavors. It’s no exaggeration to say that every bite was an authentic explosion of flavors that complemented each other masterfully.
Beyond the exceptional food, the service was equally remarkable. The staff and owners were genuinely friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the entire experience. Furthermore, considering the exceptional quality of both the food and service, the prices are very reasonable.

She yelled from behind the counter as she sorted out the food. The gentleman at the door was the only one who was polite to me. Please take accountability and stop blaming Uber and its employees for everything.
Please be more respectful to Uber delivery drivers. A black haired Asian lady basically yelled at me to stand by the door and told me that “our” delivery bags are dirty and they don’t want them on the tables. I needed to place the bag down to put the customers food within properly without spilling it. These “dirty” bags are the same bags you require us to put customer food in for delivery purposes. I suggested that maybe the restaurant put a sign directing delivery drivers to a designated waiting area. She said that they “used to have a sign but most people ignored it”. Well that makes sense. I'm always happy to see a new business owner in the community so we stopped by and decided to try some sushi. We paid in advance $16 for 4 pieces of sushi and the cuts were dull, floppy, and grey (literally). I loaded a photo of it with my receipt attached. I called the owner to make him aware of the issue (since he mentioned he'd only opened 4 months ago). I sincerely thought I was helping out as opposed to complaining or whining about it. I figured any professional would respect that and trusted we would find a reasonable solution. However the owner went off into a defensive tirade for quite some time always emphasizing that he didn't like the way I described his sushi. It seemed he was more interested in talking about that than how we could improve our situation. Its too bad as I can see from the reviews that my case appears to have been an exception. That didn't seem to matter and for that reason (bad food and awful customer service) this sushi places gets a ONE. Let's hope...
