Raam'z Pizza — Restaurant in Georgina

I ordered from Raamz Pizza in Jackson's Point this evening which I do on a regular basis from the Help Support Your Community Coupon Book. The pizza is always great but the wings were not cooked. I called Raamz Pizza to let them know and the woman I spoke with became very defensive and told me, “Next time, order the non-breaded wings instead because the breaded wings are always like that!” I expressed to her, if I had known that initially I would have ordered the non- breaded wings instead. She told me to go complain to "Georgina 2.0." This is unfortunate because I didn’t expect them to refund or replace my order. I simply just wanted to give them my feedback. Having a business of my own feedback is gold, whether good or bad, this is how we evolve. Whoever I was speaking with at Raamz Pizza, I’m sorry if you weren’t having a great day and I know things could be difficult sometimes. This is something I've never done but as per her request to let everyone know, if you ever order from Raamz Pizza and you like to eat wings that are fully cooked, never order the breaded wings. Have been a regular customer ordering from this location every other week for years and have been happy until recently.

We placed the same order we always get. However, once we got home and opened the box, we realized they had gotten our order wrong. Fair enough, these things happen. We called the store back to prepare our correct order for us to come pick up again.

The owner immediately tried to deflect all blame for the mistake on us, saying that we clearly asked for the order that we were trying to return. I don’t even understand what we would have to gain from this. We have already gone through the inconvenience of having to pickup our order twice. Why would we want to inconvenience ourselves further? It makes no sense, and quite frankly the owner should have left his fragile ego aside and accepted that he got our order wrong.

We got our replacement order but the verbal harassment we received for their mistake is inexcusable, especially in a small town that has 6 other pizza shops competing for business. Will be going elsewhere for pizza now and will be advising friends and family to avoid this...

Always a great pizza!!..made fresh when you order and always fast service..best in town..the prices are very reasonable and the quality of ingredients always top notch. Friendly service from everyone there..i order for my parents and drive the pizza to barrie for them as they love the taste and the generous toppings.. The coupon book is a double bonus..so many good deals..and it also goes to support local clubs for sports,heart and stroke at sick kids and the breast cancer and terry fox walks.kids lunches at schools..and the veggies are bought locally.. Couldnt ask...
