Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Georgina

I don't drink coffee so it's not often that I go to Tim Horton's but today was the 4th time in the past 2 months that I tried to order a bowl of chili to be told that there is no chili. 3 times in the middle of the afternoon, and once later in the evening. Always at the same location on Woodbine Avenue, in Keswick, Ontario. I am beyond frustrated with this. I have never gone to McDonald's and been told they don't have any McChicken or tried to get fries at Harvey's and been told they are out. If you have an item on the menu it should always be available. Even if I have to wait for a few minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous to have this happen every time I try to order chili. If I could give this location less than 1 star I would.

Update: I hadn't been back to this location since my original review two months ago, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and stop here today. It's only 1:30pm, surely they will have chili at lunch time, right? WRONG! Once again, I was told they "just ran out." This is beyond unacceptable now. How is it that every time I go here they have "just run out" of chili? At 1:30pm? Totally ridiculous. I will be contacting the regional head office about this issue. As someone who manages a fast food restaurant I always try to understand but I just can’t. The line was long which is fine I saw how long it was I decided to wait but when I got the speaker they served 3 cars on the other speaker before me which means 3 cars behind me were served first!? What was the point of getting another speaker! I then get my order taken by a rude lady who just didn’t seem happy at all. I then get to the window and the lady there doesn’t greet me but instead immediately tells me we don’t even have the food I ordered. I was in need of a donut or something to satisfy my sugar urge. It was 1:15 am on a Sunday morning. I drove up to the Tim Hortons on woodbine ave in keswick hoping to enjoy a delicious donut of some sort. I wasn't very picky about selection. I was so excited when I drove by the storefront and seen a delicious rack of freshly baked donuts ready to serve.

My luck the guy on the speaker informed me that they had no food whatsoever. I called his bluff but he insisted they had no food whatsoever inside this establishment.

I was baffled as I swore I seen a full rack of freshly baked donuts.

I had to circle again to confirm what I seen was in fact delicious donuts. I was correct the donuts appeared to actually exist after all.

I sadly went home hungry and was unable to cure my sugar urge. Disappointed to say the least. I DONT recommend trying to buy donuts here. Go to another...
