Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgina

Me and my family order pizza at least once a week. We have always been huge Little Caesars fans. Since moving to Keswick a year and a half ago I have tried the Little Caesars here in town on 3 separate occasions and all 3 were extremely disappointing. I always order through the Little Caesars app and have it delivered to my home. This is how I have done always done it. The first time when it arrived at my house the size of the pizza was wrong I had paid for stuffed crust and it wasn’t stuffed. When I called I was told that they don’t deliver and I would need to take it up with whoever I ordered it through. I kept trying to explain that I ordered it from their app and they just wouldn’t listen. The next time I ordered I asked for easy sauce on my pizza and extra cheese. I actually got waaaay too much sauce and barely any cheese. This last time I ordered I figured I would give them one last shot and I asked for a pizza with the left side as pineapple and ham the right side pepperoni cups. My entire pizza had all 3 ingredients with the cheese exception that the pepperoni was just the plain pepperoni not cups. On all 3 occasions I checked my email confirmation to ensure that I had ordered correctly and I did (that is why I like using the app because I am human and make mistakes but this lets me check before I get upset at the wrong people). I would not recommend this Little Caesars to ANY ONE! I will still visit them if I happen to be in another town for some reason but never again with...

I went in to pick up my on line order and the woman was rude. She said "What do you want?" Wow.....okay. told her me email confirmation said to give the order number so I told my order number was 996.

She then rolled her eyes and said I need a name. I gave her my name and got my pizza. The pizza was fine the service was so bad it over shadowed the pizza.

If you hate your job this much find another place to work and stop taking it out on your customers. I came in for a nice Little Caesars pizza not to be disrespected by a middle aged woman with a chip on...

I ordered a pizza for delivery there was a $3.99 delivery fee $1.79 service fee? and then I give a $3 tip. A $15 order comes to $28 after all this stuff and tax absolutely ridiculous. They should be more clear on what the delivery fee is for and what the service fee is for? Does a portion of this go to the driver? should I not be leaving a tip???

I understand the prices may not be controled by this store but this is where i ordered from.
