What's the point of asking for a well done pizza. 95% of the shop's are in such a rush, that their ovens are too hot to make a well done pizza. The only thing well done was the bits of cheese on the crust. I asked them to go easy on the sauce. Theres so much sauce on this pizza that it's just a big sloppy mess. The crust is doughy and barely cooked. Add to that the fact that the toppings in the middle of my well done pizza are not even close to being browned. I couldn't even finish a second small slice. Because it's rushed, not at all the way I ordered, and more then anything its sloppy. It seems that the only place in Glace Bay that will make your pizza right every time is Vernon's in #2. Nice man. Doesnt rush a pie, anytime for any reason. It'll be ready when its ready. Trust me, 95% of people don't mind waiting longer for a better pizza. And his patience and yours pays off by getting a delicious pizza made the way it was ordered every single time. LoL this pizza reminds me of sonny's and scotties back in the day. The woman was extremely rude to me on the phone, I had to call back to ask how long it would be. Then I walked in to pick it up, I was given the wrong order. Went back to explain and politely tell them I was hung up on to and the other man there basicially rolled his eyes at me and walked away. (I was saying it in a very polite voice to.. I couldn't believe I was being treated this way- I've ordered from Jeffrey's for years!) then the bartender gave me my right order and I asked how much it was to make sure I wasn't over charged. He said well how much did you pay. I said well how much are they suppose to be? ........ He then said it was the same cost as a med pizza so it wouldn't have made a difference. Pizza was taking an extremely long time. Called to check on order and was told it would it was coming out of oven and ready shortly - arrived to pick it up and the pizza wasn’t even made yet and still had to wait longer. Two girls arrived after us to pick up their pizza and they said they ordered it only 20 minutes before. Terrible terrible service. Update- went to the window to pick up pizza after the 10 minute wait and they sent it out with a delivery driver who we then had to track down to get our pizza.
