if i could give this review 0 stars for the atmosphere and the service, i would. when it came time to order, i tried to order the bugs and cheese and was politely told that could not happen. as someone who works in a restaurant as well, i totally understood this. the waitress made me something similar, which was delicious and i was happy with. however, when going to the computer to put in our order, she was very blatantly making fun of my boyfriend and i, especially myself, for trying to order from the kids menu. this was to the point of them pointing and laughing at us, which made me very uncomfortable. my boyfriend and i ended up just boxing up our food and taking it to go as for the rest of our time there, we were getting stared at by these two and very obviously gossiped about. i am not impressed and not sure if i will want to give this boston pizza my service ever again. pretty sad when a middle-aged waitress and a bartender who did nothing but sit on his phone the entire time have nothing better to do then make their customers...
Read moreWorst service ever and was forced to pay for one of my friends drink which she didn’t like …the server was rarely seen …sat their for 1 hour to give our food order and the server was not even responsive she walked past us ten times ..the manager called us silly while explaining we had to pay for the drink and its 16$ champagne that goes into the drink that we had to pay for the drink basically she forced us to pay for the drink food was bad and i asked for chicken and shrimp in my pasta but only got shrimp.because the service was too bad I didn’t even bother to say anything .for sure need some more of that corporate training lack of management. Never seen a restaurant deal with customers like this..but the best part was the manager calling us silly ..and said u guys know its silly to not charge u for that one drink … would never go to a boston pizza in my life i hope how they serve customers and deal with them this franchise is on the way to be bankrupt..good luck boston pizza 🍕paid around 200$ of our money to this...
Read moreWe were a group of 4 adults and requested to be seated in the dining room. They asked if a table would be okay, I responded yes and forgot that my brother in-law has a sore back and can't really sit in a chair to well. So we asked if we could sit in a booth, not thinking that this would be a big deal as there were 2 booths right next to us empty. We were told no, that these were for larger groups and this person was not very friendly. We didn't appreciate the snippy tone and so we decided to leave and go to another restaurant where getting a booth was not a big deal. It seems that Boston Pizza has lost 4 customers for life and yes that may seem a little dramatic but this was the second chance after a 10 year hiatus from BP. The first incident was a different location where we were ignored as several staff continually walked by us for 45 minutes and never even took a drink order. So after 10 years we were ready to give it a try again and then to be told we were not the right group for a booth really...
