Ada Pizza — Restaurant in Granby

My host at my bed and breakfast suggested this place to me. And I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the 9" bambino Hawaiian pizza. I waited less than 10 minutes. So that's pretty fast for a freshly made pizza. During that time their phone was almost ringing off the hook. So that tells me that they're popular. I tried my best to get back to my room because we still can't dine in during the pandemic. It's just a few minutes walk. So it was still hot when I ate it while watching the Canadiens lose another game. The crust was delicious. It was soft on the inside and just toasty enough on the outside. It wasn't chewy at all. The only thing is the pineapples weren't sweet. Just a minor detail. I'm not a big eater so I had a 1/4 of the pizza left over. Je suis un habitué, et adore leur spagetti et leur pizza , les frite sont exellentes. Malheureusement ca me fais chier de voir le personnel souffrir a ce point. Etre seul dans les heures de rush et courrir comme ca c est inhumain. La cuisine reste exellente mais il manque de staff pour un resto qui marche a ce point la. Leurs speciaux sont tres bon. Mais je souligne le travail tres tres exeptionel de la serveuse , telephoniste , bossgirl !!! Soyez genereux sur le tip car elle fait carrément la job de 2 employés. Incomprehensible de voir un seul employé en avant dans les heures de pointe. Mais elle fait un travail tellement exceptionnel.
