McDonald's — Restaurant in Granby

The most filthy McDonalds we have ever visited. There was food and garbage all over the kitchen floor and it was so greasy the staff was sliding around. It was 9;30 pm on a Saturday night so I appreciate it might have been busy earlier but it was slow when we went in and there were plenty of staff who could have done some cleaning. There was a flood on the floor outside the bathroom. The staff also swore openly in the kitchen where customers could hear them. I have never bothered to give a restaurant review before but we were so grossed out I felt compelled to say something. The point of McDonalds is that you can count on consistently clean restaurants and good service. That sure wasnt the case...

they always park you for the smallest of orders, and they make you wait with 5 other car's of food so they only have to walk out once for 5 cars. after they make you wait for 15-20 mins in line and in the lot, the fries are soggy, your icecream is melted, and somehow the order still isnt right. i have received a door dash order for 2 from here literally quicker than it takes to order from the...

Service speed was meh, order was wrong when i received it, even though cashier took the time to repeat my order to confirm before i paid, received fries when i clearly said i wanted a poutine instead and was charged for 3 beverages when i had only asked for 2. At least as redeeming grace they did refund the extra charged drink and they gave me the poutine...
