KFC — Restaurant in Grand Falls-Windsor

KFC has always been a go-to spot for delicious comfort food, and my recent visit was no exception. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lisa Hiscock, who went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu made it easy to choose our favorites, and she made some excellent recommendations. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just as I remembered, and the sides were deliciously satisfying.

Worst experience ever. Waiting way to long to get served in the drive thru. Over 30 mins. The drive thru clerk, who was late teens, started to argue loudly that it had to be such a long wait because they closed at 9 pm. My order was placed at 8 pm. I was shocked at the length this young guy would go to tell me off for even saying that it was a long wait. He went on to say that they needed to cook fresh chicken. This was not the case. When I opened my order, the chicken was over cooked and had a texture like rubber. It was cold, all the food was cold. My poutine was so cold the cheese was hard. I assume if these workers are preforming this way, contacting the manager won't make a difference. Poorly managed crew to say the least. This complaint will make its way to the owners. I just came from kfc. When I arrived at the store there were 4 people at one table waiting for their orders. No one else in the store. I waited over 10 min before I was asked for my order , a 3 PC combo. After a couple more min the young lady came out and told me I would have to wait another 9 min for my order , or settle for a substitute , which normally cost less , for the same price. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. If I had been served as soon as I came in , I could have been informed at that time , rather than keeping me hanging on without a choice. I felt like they had been stalling , rather than telling me there would be a considerable wait. As well , my total on the meal would have been $14.12 , far too expensive for a 3 PC chicken dinner.
