I understand it's Saturday afternoon and only 1 worker is quite silly for location by eastlink center. Order 2 same kind of smoothie one added blueberries per my child's request. The guy even said no blue berries in either of our order.. it specifically says add fruit blueberries. Our order said it was done way before it ever was done 25 mins after it was " done" he never started it. Ordered a acai bowl. No fresh bananas nor any granola. For the prices I expect to be getting exactly what I ordered. My kiddo was pissed and so was I. But was to busy to even deal with it. She refused to drink her smoothie it wasn't exact ingredients...
Read moreJust placed an order through skip for 3 smoothies. They forgot to add banana to a funky monkey with mocha (key ingredient) and forgot all 3 straws. Called and spoke with a girl who said she couldn’t fix the drink or the straw issues. And that I could call her manager “but like she’s really busy so”. In what business is a manager to busy for customer service? Oh the Kateri Booster juice. For the future, simply offering to fix the drink and give the appropriate amount of straws would be suffice… will now have to literally call a further booster juice to get it...

Ignored us when we said thank you after he made our drinks. What stood out even more was that when another customer came in, he was suddenly very warm and friendly, which made us feel singled out and unwelcome.
