So... I understand people have a bad day.. and it’s really unfortunate the girl who served me today (pink hair) made my experience at this Starbucks horrible. I haven’t been to this location and I will never be back. As a loyal customer to Starbucks... I have my favourite drink that I religiously order for the past year... I like a shaken espresso with an extra shot of espresso, vanilla syrup to sub the classic and Oat milk with light ice. I prefer extra milk not ice... I understand I may be charged for milk... that’s fine. What’s not fine is being yelled at, have a drive thru door slammed on me, given a drink 3/4 full, having two girls raise their voice, insult me and give me attitude. “You say you order this all the time well maybe order it right” I’m sorry the way I order my drink isn’t up to your expectations but you understood what I wanted.. it’s your job to make it and not be rude. Service industry isn’t for everyone .. it’s not hard to click a button on a computer to charge for milk....

THE last time I was there and when I asked why my drink was the wrong size she said "well I heard you say Grande" and then she just turned away, and waited for me to drive off. After I left I found out that the other drink I ordered was wrong as well. They don't care how things are at all. Ive even phoned several different times, to let them know. I dont want any thing in return, i just want what Im asking for, and for people to care. They don't put sleeves on there cups any more, and never offer napkins when I've ordered food. Read moreI am absolutely appalled, I was having issues applying for weeks & they have since hired all the staff that they need. I have reached out many times & I was told that a manager would call me many times & one was suppose to call me yesterday & she didn’t so I called her today & she was very short with me & said oh I am very busy bud & just hung up. I believe her name was Hunter & she didn’t even really give me the time of day when I’ve been waiting weeks for some sort of contact. This is unbelievably professional.
