Well, you had me at the real straw! I’m so sick of a soggy paper straw that I would rather have them pour it in a bowl and I’d lap it up like a dog! But I digress… So let’s start with the burger. Free to choose your toppings. I like the taste of ground beef, so I want to taste it, and not secret sauce or anything else. That said I chose onions, pickles and mustard. But it wasn’t smothered in mustard, just a dollop! Next was the fries. Let’s be real, fries are fries. But they have some sort of special salt that they put into a little container for me. This salt brought the fries to life! It felt like they were doing the raisin dance on my tongue!! I’m moving and all of my dishes are packed, so I ordered more for lunch tomorrow. Let’s talk wings. Bone in, lemon & pepper. After I got my order, I jumped in my pickup and pulled out a couple fries and a wing. This was quite possibly the best wing I’ve ever had! It was big, crunchy, juicy, and full of flavour! Outstanding! Boneless hot wings. I’ll be honest, kind of the run of the mill boneless hot wing. Good, but nothing spectacular. Regardless of what I review, nobody gets 5 stars. But I did give 4 across the board on all aspects. The only downside was the price of the wings. It seemed a little steep. The food here is so disgusting. Ordered a California burger, didn't give me cheese, the bacon is so hard and dry, the pic I attached, that's all I could eat for now, not sure if I will even finish later. The beef was dry and not tasty. The coconut bone in wings, they gave me a sauce what looks like pepper sprinkled in lemon juice. It's my first time ordering wings from here so on the list it has 5 fires beside it, which I assume is supposed to be the most spicy out of the other ones but its not spicy at all. I called to complain about it but she said it's for sure coconut jerk. I would think what I got was lemon pepper which was one of the choices. And the onion rings I had like 2, and the rest is not edible, I will throw those out. Very dissatisfied with this meal and for the price they charge this is ridiculous, nothing from the meal was fresh. Ughhh

Oh I forgot to mention the wings are supposed to come with celery and carrots but I didn't get that and a choice of either blue cheese or ranch sauce but they didn't even ask and just gave me ranch. I only found out after I saw on their website. This is bad and lazy...

I have always enjoyed to eat here or get take out, except for today... it was my partners bday so I figured I would surprise him with a meal from here and for the family. Before I left, I took my daughter to the bathroom and we walked right out because the seat was not attached to the toilet and was very dirty.. they said they couldn't put whipped cream on the last milk shake because apparently they ran out ( no discount for that). So I got home, looking forward to eating our food, my kids meals had barely any fries with their burger, my burger was a mess, the burger itself was barely holding together, it was not tasty and should've taken it back, I through out most of my food. Once my partner opened his up to eat, same as mine, my kids could have done a better job at making the meals than they did and for the price of everything...... I'm not impressed, I'm not sure what changed since the last time i had it but I probably will never go...
