Quiznos — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

In my first experience here the woman who took my order did not pass on my information to the person making my order which resulted in cheese being added when I specifically requested no cheese and when the person making my order confirmed with the lady who took my order she didn't really seem to care. She was taking payment and then when I had finished, she immediately started talking on her cell phone. The washroom did not appear very clean, the waste basket and the paper towel dispenser looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I'm also not a fan of there being a tip option on the debit machine for a restaurant that serves basically fast food. The food looks good but after paying $35 for food and I ask for honey mustard they try to say it's extra. Pre-Covid the honey mustard was available for customers to fill their own containers yet now that it's behind the counter they think they can charge extra. Then when after complaining they finally gave me what I asked for but barely put any in each container. So they are useless and you can't dip anything in them. This customer service is ridiculous and I won't be back. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who expects the service they used to offer. My first time dining here at the restaurant in Grande Prairie and had the worst experience. I asked for our sandwiches to be cut through the paper and the Asian cashier response was that she’s too busy to do that and I should have told her before. I responded that you cut it without asking and now I am telling you. She is then going to tell me to do it by myself and if I need extra paper.
