Loyal customers since about 7 years, we go every weekend. The children’s menu doesn’t have salsa on the menu, so we add it in the notes. The purpose is not to avoid paying but to get salsa for the kids. But today we were kind of reprimanded by the lady there saying that next time you have to pay for it. We are in no way trying to save that $1 every week, and you can politely put across and we will pay for it. But please don’t leave a bitter taste in your customer’s mouth. I called today to let staff know I got food poisoning from prawn salad rolls yesterday. I only called because I was absolutely certain of source. Staff was defensive and told me because I didn't visit a Dr. there was nothing they could do. I patiently explained i wasn't seeking anything...was calling so they could double check their prawns. He said they WOULDN'T. Wow. Guess I should have been more graphic in my explanation of food poisoning certainty I enjoyed on highway between GP and Fairview...

I have a mixed review for here. They constantly get rid of their shrimp rolls. They say it's to do with the higher ups. But when they do have them, I've gotten three separate orders now that had bad shrimp or something. Just an awful taste. Ive also been given like day old or dried out rolls, so they are dry and fall apart. I need gluten free options and these rolls are great when driving and the sauce is awesome.
