Feel so bad! Why did I ordered from this place? So disgusting, pizza was made wrong. when I placed the order I told the young man repeatedly that I do not want Spicy Italian Sausage on the Spicy Italian pizza as I do not eat sausage, and so I told him to substitute the sausage with chicken instead and when I picked up my order he looked at the pizza to make sure it was correct and he said it was and passed it to me and so I did not check it because I trusted the young man, when i got home I first opened the pizza and when I started eating I tasted something off so I took a look and see sausage underneath all the toppings and I called the shop and explained to the same young man and he offered me to replace the pizza or credit for the future and I agreed with him for the credit for the single pizza but soon after I tried the second pizza that was vegetarian and I thought the vegetarian would be better but at first bite all I taste are olives, just a bunch of them. Why call it vegetarian when you have more olives than other veggies on the pizza. It also tasted very watery from the green peppers, it was like the veggies were not fresh and they used the same ones from last week, also the dough... It was so tough to bite, it was not soft at all and must be left over from last weekend. The pizza sizes are something else let me tell y'all..smh. I orderd a medium pizza which was 10" something a small would be and for 2, 10" pizzas i payed $35 when i could get 2 medium pizzas that are 12" that cost average $28 from pizza hut and I don't wanna call again to make myself look bad but just to let you know I would not recommend and I do understand that this place does have a high reputation and a lot of people like it but this is just my personal opinion as this was my very first time trying a new pizza as I usually just get some any other pizza place, where I spend half the money and get better...

The pizza, donair, and fries are all good, but it seems like almost every other time we order something goes wrong. Once before they had ran out of an ingredient and we had to alter our order (I can't recall what it was, it wasn't pizza). Which happens sometimes but with tonight's order I was told they don't actually stock anchovies regularly yet have it as an option because they sometimes have them. It was the same person for both those instances and she was disappointed both times. Once the food was delivered about an hour later than the estimated delivery, which I know is an estimate but that's way off when the estimate already says more than an hour wait in the first place. Another time they forgot the sauce on a donair and on the recent order they put the wrong sauce on the pizza (in both instances I checked our order to make sure I didn't make the mistake). When they forgot the donair sauce I contacted them through their feedback form but never got a response. It's good food but the little things add up. Not sure if it's worth it when we may end up disappointed in one way or another like this.

Edit: Gave them another shot and yet again they made a mistake. The pizza was good but they forgot the donair from the order. It took nearly half an hour for the driver to go back and get it. It was warm so I suspect they made it then or remade it if they just forgot to give it to the driver. It's always something. I basically give up. It's not worth the roulette of how someone will be...

Placed a good sized order (4 Lrg pizza, 1 pasta, 3 sides) online shortly after they opened in the morning. Set delivery time for 4pm as I’m on night shift and am bringing out to work for the crew. I specifically made a note saying “ Do not call me. I am on nights and sleeping. Call (my wifes number), she will come out to grab it “

Sure enough, at 3:25pm my phone is being spammed by the delivery guy saying he’s outside. I told him to read the instructions and he had no idea about them. He said he’d drive around for a bit and bring it back at 4pm. So then I called the restaurant, they answered and heard my complaint about it being early and him calling. She asked if I preferred if he knocked on the door. I said did you even read the instructions? No she didn’t, nobody did. So I got it remade and set to deliver a little after 4 when I will wake up for work. I go back to sleep and then get spam called by the driver again at 4:00 after I explained everything to him and the store. My wife gets the pizza and it’s luke warm. I call the restaurant again and they said they were still making the re-order for me. They had no idea this guy was just driving around with this hour old stale pizza.

Talked to the manager lady and she was giving me ** for not calling instead of placing the order online. Couldn’t refund because online orders are through a 3rd party service. Never again spending nearly 200 and tipping for that kind of service. Pizza is normally delicious, but poor service...
