Starbucks — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Went in at 11am on a Saturday morning and two staff said they weren't open yet. Told me to come back in 15 minutes. Came back...still weren't open so I asked if I waited at one of the tables if they would let me know as soon as they were ready to make a drink. Waited five minutes and then watched another Shopper walk up and get service, ordered a coffee. Apparently my husband and I were too much of an inconvenience...

During my visit to Safeway I stopped for a drink at the Starbucks. The lady who made my drink was amazing and so friendly. She suggested adding eggnog to my drink and I agreed. When she passed me the drink she even said to be sure I liked it before I left otherwise she could make me a new drink. I felt she really cared about her customers!great experience and my drink...

I did not get food, and the atmosphere speaks for itself as this location is inside a Safeway grocery store. The service was exceptional due to the fact that the cashier took the time to help me with a gift card that was part of an app on my phone. I'm old school, and I find cash easier to use. Think I'll remain...
