Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Don't go inside. Extra long drive through line is way faster. There were 20 plus vehicles in line in drive thru and only 2 people in line inside. I had 25 minutes before an appointment 2 blocks away, should have been tons of time to grab breakfast since it's fast food. Went inside stood for almost 5 minutes before they took order of person in front of me. Took my order quickly after that and got my drink. You could see them filling food orders in drive thru very quickly. People who ordered before I got there were complaining how poor service was. After almost 10 minutes I asked about my food and was told there were orders in front of mine still. They were doing drive thru orders but none inside. I finally left without my food so I could make my appointment. If I had sat in the massive drive thru line I would have had no problem...

Relatively good location, big problem that lies with all Tim Hortons though is the primary focus being drive through with very minimal focus on the guests located inside of the establishment. You can have 1 customer in front of you inside, where you're only ordering a coffee and your visit takes 8 minutes.

I understand majority of guests go through drive through but it is one of my big complaints.

Complaints aside, location is clean, coffee holds the standard flavour, this location has lots of parking and a good drive through set up, staff aren't rude but like modern day service it doesn't hold up to the traditional standards I would have been taught 20 years ago (service with a smile). Definitely one of the better designed Tim Hortons...

We constantly forget to say thank you for this special souls that works at Tim Hourtons, it is not the first time I experienced kindness in their service but life goes by and we never stopped to show appreciation. Today I want to say a Bigger Thank you to Camrin, I noticed how hard work and efficient she was working and she stopped to offer an outstanding service where she went above to help the mama here to calm my tantrum hungry kid that change his mind after ordering a wrap. It is an environment like that that makes me feel safe to bring my kids over for snacks.
