Three strikes and they are out. I've tired wingit 3 times now hoping each time I would have a better experience, that never happened. The first time we went, We stood in the door way while 6 staff members talked amongst each other. We waited 10 minutes before being sat. Our waitress took our drink orders and left for 20 minutes, when she came back to take food order she then remembered she forgot about our drinks. We sat and waited, watched other tables sit down, get their drinks, and food then leave. We were there for over two hours. The food was good but not worth a two hour wait. Our second experience we ordered take out, we waited for 2 hours for our order to be ready. When we finally got it home our wings were over cooked and the fries were soggy. Tonight we thought we would give it one more chance. We showed up and were seated right away. We did get our drinks right away but still about an hour and a half wait for our food. It never even came out together like we requested. Our drinks were never refilled. The food was good but like I said before not worth the wait. Then we had to track our waitress down to pay the bill! Sadly I will not be returning for...

Past experiences have been great here but lastnight we went and sat down at 9pm and took about 10 minutes to figure out what we wanted. Our server was new and had 2 tables. She came up and took our drink orders, took awhile for our drinks. We never got our straws with out frozen drinks so went up and asked politely. She came and took our order and about 50 minutes later (I know long time) she said “I’m so sorry but I was so focused on that other table I never put your orders in and this is now close to 10pm and they close at 10:30 pm so I said it’s fine can we get a discount since we waited so long and so she eventually came back and said 10% I said fine and our food still wasn’t done 10 minutes after that.. so we’ve been waiting for our food for an hour at the point in dead silent restaurant. We ended up canceling our order and paying full price for our 2 drinks that one wasn’t even made correctly. Very disappointed that this new server was left alone...

Let’s get the food out of the way first, it’s phenomenal. As good as I remember from their first location in St. John’s. The service however, is horrible. I don’t know if the staff just don’t care anymore, or if they were overworked (it wasn’t busy there at the time), but the amount of waiting was ridiculous. Waiting at least 15 minutes to place our order, no drink order taken when we were seated, food getting brought out for half our table (of only 4 people) with a wait of over 10 minutes for the rest. Nobody coming back to ask how the food was, or to refill drinks. Waiting almost 15 minutes to get our receipt once we had finished eating. It took almost an hour longer for us to eat than it should have. It looks like they’ve been having staffing issues for a while — tried to eat there one year prior, and it was closed with a sign saying there were staffing issues that day, so be warned they don’t seem to be...
