Last night (September 26th 2021)was the worst night of my life with a fast food restaurant. At 8:46pm i got to dairy queen, I tried to go inside but it was locked so I went in the drive thru (there was 1 car ahead of me, no one behind me then) and I ordered a poutine with bacon,cheeseburger ,2 drinks,and 2 Buffalo chicken snack wraps. They were saying "ok" to every food I ordered. When I got to the window I waited for a few minutes then finally got my drinks, then a few minutes later she came back and told to wait at the red doors . Then 10 minutes go by, she comes out the red doors told and said "I'm sorry your order was a little confusing, what was it again", so I told her my order again and asked for the Receipt then she went back inside. 5 minutes later she comes out with my poutine and cheeseburger and she said "we r working on your wraps" then goes back inside. Another 10 minutes go by she comes outside again and said "we r having Difficulties with your wraps would u like to wait longer or have a refund" I said "refund please" so she goes back inside , then comes out with food for a car parked behind me then goes back inside , waited for a few more minutes then so finally comes back out with My refund. Get home, cold poutine and the fries were very very soggy, couldn't eat and a cold burger and no receipt. I was at dairy queen from 8-46pm-9:18pm. After eating our poutine, I returned to the counter with my tray to get the two banana splits that I had paid for when ordering the poutine.They were placed in front of me and the bananas where clearly bad I ask the girl if she could replace the bananas in them and she said do you just want new banana splits and I said that would be fine and she threw the other splits in the garbage can . She than disappeared toward the take out area to return later with two new banana splits placing them at the opposite end of the counter from where I was waiting, she than walked by me without saying a word, I am standing there waiting for her to return but she never returned I had to ask another girl if they where mine and she said she thought so, I had to ask for spoons, the ice cream and whipped cream was just flatly spread across the top not peaked like it generally is. I am sorry if this server was having a bad day and didn't really want to be there...but it is her job and she gets paid...

By the time my food came out my ice cream was a melted soupy mess and they didn't even give me a lid so it melted all over my car. I also didn't even get the blizzard that I asked for. I asked for a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Pie blizzard with extra graham wafer and received a regular Peanut Butter Blizzard with zero graham crackers. I guess it wouldn't have really mattered anyway since it wasn't ice cream at that point anymore anyway. Unacceptable to pay $20 for one person for dinner and not be able to even enjoy or eat it. There are lots of other restaurants I can go to who don't just say they care about customer service but will make sure if people don't receive good customer service to make it right.
