Subway — Restaurant in Greater Napanee

In the past I have purchased from here with no issues. Last year when the lady was working that was pregnant when I was pregnant there were no issues. She was wonderful. On Monday I order 2 different platters. The only thing on the sandwiches besides the meat was supposed to be cheese, lettuce and tomato. Mayo, honey mustard, and sweet onion were to be in separate containers. When we picked up the platters we received a box that had our order of cookies and the 3 containers of sauce. We thought everything was good. I was wrong and I will never leave without checking a large order again. The sandwiches had NO cheese. Cheese bread doesnt count. And there was Mayo on the sandwiches. I called today to complain. When an order is done incorrectly I always contact the restaurant. I dont expect compensation, I expect an apology (Not a dramatic one) and the company to use it as an opportunity to either learn or retrain. Instead the owner checked the video, said it didnt happen and flat out called me a liar. My family have severe food allergies. I dont make this stuff up to waste anyones time. I am more concerned with other mom's being aware of places that are cutting corners. I am extremely disappointed with this subway and the manager and refuse to eat their again. This place is to cheap you pay good money for your sub and when you get it delivered it’s disappointing. I ordered the same sub (steak and cheese) from subway since before my daughter the born (12 years) no matter where I order it the quality is the same but this place is wrecking it for me as it’s the only subway in town and subway used to be my favourite, I even double questioned myself if I should ordering from there but my daughter wanted subways as it’s a family favourite. But when my sub was delivered there was barely enough meat to save with my lil dog. It was like if for example spreading tuna out real thin but it was steak, felt like I was just eating bread, and normally I always ordered double meat but I didn’t this time cause last time I felt like I got ripped off so I thought this time better not order double meat cause you don’t get it but I was wrong you have to order double meat just to get it like a regular if not you end up with a disappointing sub. After tonight I will never buy another sub from there. It’s a shame for a company to be so cheap. They may have the subway name but they don’t have the subway quality. Worst Subway I have ever been to my whole life and I gave chances but now I know there cheap penny pinchers but don’t mind taking our hard...

Went to this Subway location for an assorted today and was told by the franchisee that they would not be giving the ‘usual’ amount of lettuce… which is my fav part of the sandwich and doled out as a pittance at the best of times anyhow. And before you come at me, I get that there are supply chain issues w lettuce at the moment, but also pretty clearly understand I’ve yet to see a price break or bonus from this chain for ordering when toppings are in seasonal abundance 😒 Soooo yeah no thank you I will not be participating in this nonesense.
