Update 2025: literally nothing has changed, employee was incredibly rude with me last night. Got hostile with me because I asked for two blizzards, a small and a medium, they charged me for and made me two mediums and a small. Also watched the girl making blizzards use her thumbs to push down either the icing or the ice cream while mixing the blizzard, no gloves. Great job folks!
The evening staff have less than satisfactory customer service skills and make us feel like we are a problem for showing up to order in the drive-thru.
UPDATE: Decided to give this location another chance and have visited this location at least 1-2 times a week. Our last few visits have been back and forth as far as attitudes towards customers. One guy in particular provided outstanding customer service during one of my visits. Other times it was entirely too obvious that you are bothering one of the girls by ordering food around 10:00pm. Ive sat through the entire ring-out process at the window without anyone bothering to say a word or acknowledge us.
Tonight the location was incredibly busy, i understand that things can become chaotic when you are lined up like that however, there is no excuse for making us wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes to find out they "lost" our order after we had to take turns knocking on the door and calling.
The girl handed us an ice cream cone which had melted by the time we got anyones attention, didnt give us a reciept, and kept asking for it when we asked where our order was. Rather embarassing to be standing at the front door knocking with customers lined up watching you knock and get bit by mosquitos.
One person during this entire experience appeared to be genuinely sorry for the mistake and did her best to deal with several frustrated customers, she is the only person we saw tonight that seems to understand customer service. Read moreThis place is Gross! The floors are still dirty same as a month ago. I wiped my own table off with soap from the bathroom which was also disgusting. After finally cleaning my table off I sat my son down and he told me the seat was sticky. Yup melted ice cream all dried up on the seat. Cleaned a second table, we sit to eat and my son starts laughing “ looks dad a cute little ant!” (We are in the dining room) and another ant and another and another, all in a row across the back of the bench seat not 15 ft from the kitchen. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Don’t worry everyone I reported this to the health inspector but the damage is done for me. I will not be back. After all I saw I threw my food out. My sons as well and made him food at home where it’s safe. To the franchise owner: as an entrepreneur myself I am very disappointed I run my business like it’s another one of my children and I wish you did too.
