I'm very disappointed in the Subway in Chelmsford. The customer service used to be great. They are very rude, don’t care about the customer and only care about saving a few bucks. I order a party sub for my daughter’s BD every year for the last 5 years at least. This year I was told they don’t make them anymore, but could get platters instead, most likely because it costs more. I got attitude when I asked for the sauce in the soup containers instead of getting 20 little containers of mustard, mayo, etc. I also asked to get veggies on the side for the platter and got attitude for that too because I didn’t want them all on the subs. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and ordered from Wanapitei, I will take the drive there instead. Their customer service was awesome, they did everything I asked no problem and even said they would give me plates and napkins. Read moreLiterally closes whenever. Doesn't update signage outside the store. Leaves the sign on and door unlocked and refuses service. This is great for customers travelling through town
Edit: Reply to owner; I'm disappointed that you denied my review. I visited your establishment Friday Dec 22 an hour before your listed close and was refused service. I wasnt offered chips, cookies or drinks. I was told they were out of bread and as such could do nothing for me. The employee was already walking into the back by the time they even put out the words. You are closed if you won't sell a customer your product. I would have taken a drink a bag of chips or a cookie over nothing. Thank you for not looking into the situation before invalidating a customers experience. To my understanding subway also sells salads soups chips cookies...
Read moreStopped in after a 12 hour day of truck driving. I was quite hungry and ordered a small Stampede Beef Briscuit Sub. Very disappointed as there were only two small thin strips of beef with two pieces of cheddar on a small bun. With tax this sandwich was $14! Absolutely ridiculous. I was still starving after eating it. I understand the supply chain issues and high prices everywhere nowadays, but I will never eat here again. On the other side of the coin, I purchased a Dagwood sandwich from Foodland grocery store the other day for $5.49 and it had quadruple the meat and cheese. I was very full after eating it and the price was right. Try again Subway....very disappointed! Keep up the great value Foodland...you know what...
