Pizza Hut Chelmsford — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I Ordered REGULAR bread sticks online for pick up. When I went to pick it up, they had made cheese sticks. I told the staff I had ordered regular bread sticks (showed online receipt). I didn't want cheese. She told me because it was ordered online they're was nothing she could or would do about it !! She refused to make me what i had ordered.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

I honestly thought she was joking at first ! 😡😡 I was so excited to have a Pizza Hut return in Chelmsford but im beyond disappointed! We never get what we ordered!

Order said it was going to be delivered by 6:55 and 7:05 didn't get here until 7:25.. said it was delivered at 7:20. Asked for cheese on bread sticks didn't get cheese on them asked for boneless got bone in chicken wings. 8/10 times always between 30 and 40 minutes late for delivery and never get what you pay extra for.
