Munchie Express — Local services in Greater Sudbury

I show up excited for some Chinese food. Order, pay, and told it will only be a few quick minutes. After a long wait another customer shows up for pick up. I get a odd look from person working but don't think anything of it until she finishes with the other customer and head to the back to joke about me probably wanting my order. And yet it still took more time to get my food. Here I'm thinking, ok they forgot about me but I'm sure they'll make it up to me with good food. WRONG!!! I didn't know fried rice could be that dark work soya. Also thought it would have chicken and veg in it, NOPE, big pile of last weeks rice. Egg roll was soggy. Tried to eat it but it was jam packed and a normal human can't bite through that dense of material. And no plum sauce to add flavor. And we get to the chicken balls. Absurdly down in red sauce. Not a crispy piece anywhere. Bad service, bad food, bad atmosphere. I feel like they gather food from other restaurants dumpsters and serve it up. Don't waste your time...

Placed phone order today at 4pm. Was told it would be ready at 530ish. No problem.. make my way there, after multiple attempts to ask the cashier to check on my order over and over and over, waited until 730pm (2 HOURS), finally get my food. There must've been like 15 people in the foyer/lobby at all times. At some point, STOP TAKING ORDERS SO YOU CAN KEEP UP. Cashier absolutely MISERABLE. I understand not her fault, but cooking staff wasn't working very fast in the back, and often times yelling at each other... will order elsewhere...

Not sure what has happened, the food used to be delicious. Now, they got my order totally wrong,after repeating it twice. Chicken balls were soggy,nothing but grease dripping off them. Honey and garlic ribs,were just sitting in a bowl full of water,definitely no honey and garlic on them at all. Rice was cold and dry.Beef and Broccoli again ,no taste just sitting in a bowl of watered down liquid. So disappointed, was $73 for my whole order, literally threw it all in the garbage.. unfortunately will never...
