Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I was out getting my hair cut at a place nearby, and realized after this trim that I was quite famished. I wanted a burrito desperately upon seeing their signage, and they had them. So I ordered one.

It was crafted in large format, with plain chicken. A glimmer of potential caught my eye as the worker composed the initial strokes of this meal. It was ultimately quashed by the stingy application of sufficient guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. In addition to this affront, the burrito was rolled in such a way as to preclude the possibility of equal placement of quac /sour cream to chicken and rice. In essence, half of this burrito is decent: you get a good bite of the meat/rice with condiments; the other half suffers from being overly dry, without guac / sour cream / salsa to mitigate this dryness.

If they were to apply the condiments fairly and fully, this place could be better. As it now stands (at least in regards to burritos--I've yet to sample the quesadillas and tacos) it's merely average. CYBER FRAUD BEWARE !!!! We placed an order on August 6th online. We received our receipt via email. We drove 15 min to the restaurant. Went in to find out there was no record at the store of our order. We showed them then receipt and the money leaving the account. They instructed us to contact quesada via email. There is no phone number to the head office. We had to reorder our order and pay in store. Once home we filled in the form. We received a confirmation email from quesada, that same evening August 6th. Still no one has contacted us.Today is the 13th of August. Still no refund. The owner is extremely rude. I asked him what the difference was between regular and specialty his response was " What you can't read!) I went with a co-worker. He never informed us of the 2 burrito special we just noticed after we were done ordering. Also my colleague got a regular I got a large. Mine was double the size for 2 dollars more. You would think he would mention something. He also always makes creepy comments towards are female co-worker. I will never be going back there. I suggest people do the same.
