KFC — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

First off, the single lane entrance also doubles as an exit? due to snow build up since the reopening. (Fire code violation?) Once maneuvering your way through the treacherous entrance/exit you find yourself obligated to left parking only, due to mountainous snow and ice accumulation on the right covering literally 50% of all designated parking, minimal zoning? Bylaw infraction? Car behind me honks, Great, I have nowhere to go but inch forward and make way. I wait 5 minutes for someone to leave and have to do a very tight 3 point turn in my club cab truck, (the standard in Sudbury) while trying to avoid now head on traffic entering the parking lot nowhere to go horns blaring at trapped vehicles and pedestrians alike, bottle necked at the entrace/exit lane via LaSalle rush hour traffic. I carefully back into the newly vacated and highly coveted parking slot. Use the "drive thru" you say? Nope, Unable to use due to its unnavigatability, only to be accessed by smart cars or possibly a Prius with the mirrors folded in. prior post supported. Entering the establishment I find 7 orders ahead of me and wait patiently. (25 minutes, apparently to be expected?) Now my turn.Yay. Before I can order the cashier leans towards me and whispers shyly "the debit/credit machine is broken"... I have no cash. The manager looks up then scurries away leaving the cashier on her own. I too leave with an empty hand and stomach only to find the woman who followed me in with her horn, double parked behind me. Totally defeated, I wait while she purchases her food with cash. Only then am I allowed to go home hungry. How about you there at LaSalle KFC spend some of that overpriced chicken $ on snow removal, opening up your parking to legal minimals and post a sign online, on your front door or have the common courtesy to mention to patrons before the long wait in line. Better yet update your POS machine to include a back up and re-enter the 21st Century! What culture thinks this is...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I would have given a -3 in review if I had the option. Worst food I’ve ever had from a fast-food place..The food was in such poor condition. Plain white coleslaw.. and don’t even get me started on the CHICKEN. My Lord. First of all, my chicken pieces seem to have been taken from a baby chicken with how small they were 🤨 Second, they tasted downright horrible. You know when you’re eating fried chicken and you can taste all the gooey fat and other things that make you automatically know it wasn’t cooked right? And yes, I know it’s a fast-food place but come on.. Their biscuits were dryer than the Sahara. They crumbled into small pieces when I picked them up 😭😭 There’s nothing to say about their horrid tasting canned corn, however NEVER AGAIN. My son went to KFC on LaSalle today for lunch. While he was waiting for his order, a homeless man came in and walked up to the counter to place an order, he was asked to leave. When he stated he just wanted to order some food, he was denied service. My son said the man was not hostile or rude and politely left! My son went after the man asked him what it was he wanted to order and asked him how much money he had, the man told him his order and handed him $20. My son went inside ordered food waited for it and delivered it to the man outside.  the man was extremely grateful! This is discrimination and should not be tolerated! I did tell my son he should’ve cancelled his order, took his money and went elsewhere, and we will never go back to KFC Lasalle! lots of people are struggling these days, so let’s remember...
