Where to begin. I placed an order for delivery for a special that indicated 29.95 taxes in. I asked for a larger garlic fingers, which she said would be an additional 3 dollars. at this point I expected to pay 33.40. I asked the total and she said it was 34.00. The breakdown on the receipt showed 3.48 for the upgraded fingers, 28.65 for the special before tax, bringing the before tax total to 32.13. There was then 4.82 in tax, and a 4 dollar delivery charge (that i was not aware of) bringing the total to 40.95 , which was 6.00 more than i was told on the phone.

When the delivery driver was on his way, he called to say to meet him downstairs in 2 minutes, He took 10 to get there. He also drove very quickly through my parking lot, much faster than what would be safe.

The food was also very disappointing. the garlic fingers were extremely dry, and seemed as if they had been on the oven for 2 hours before coming to me. The pizza had very little sauce, and even less flavor. It was that bad, that no one in my house wanted to keep the leftovers, and they went to the compost.

In an area where there are a ton of pizza places, if this is the best they can do, they won't last long.

The Skip delivery person must have carried the pizza like a school book as all the toppings slid to one side of the pizza box, however, after fixing it best I could, the pizza was still really good, and this defect was by no means the fault of Kenny's. I still enjoyed the pizza and thought it was really good and will order from here again, except next time I'll probably pick it up myself. Thanks for a good pizza!

Update - Jan 3rd 2024 Ordered the deluxe 14 pizza. The pizza was great! Nice crust, tasty but not overpowering sauce and a generous amount of cheese, toppings and bacon that you can actually see. Just a well put together pizza that tasted delicious. I also had the 9 inch garlic fingers and they were the best I've had in years. In a city of dismal pizza places that don't care about repeat business, this place is a refreshing change! Please, stay consistent. Will order from here...

Great pizza, really great deals on slices, if you can get them. I work nearby and frequently come to get some slices over lunch and I generally am able to get what I'm looking for 1/3 of the time. It's a shame because it's a really great place, but they really seem to have a hard time keeping up with demand during lunch rush. They have four racks for slices, and generally only fill two, so it would seem like an easy issue to fix, hopefully they do!

Felt the need to edit this after speaking to the owner, he addressed my concerns and also suggested calling ahead of time to have the slices ready during the lunch rush, which I absolutely will do! Despite the slices, I would still absolutely recommend this area if you feel the need for some great old...
