Pizzadelic — Restaurant in Halifax

Used to be my favorite place...Used to order almost every week. Service and hearing skills have gone wayyy down. Whoever answers the phone now mumbles, is rude and can't get an order right. Last three orders have been wrong. Ordered a pizza and a "SMALL DONAIR SUB WITH THE WORKS." I actually said all those words. I get there to pick it up and they give me a pizza and a donair sauce. He had written down donair sauce. ????? Last time I ordered donair SUB...got a donair. Tonight we ordered a pizza and wing combo. It's listed on the specials. Asked for the wings as honey garlic with the sauce on the side. Guy just arrived with pizza and garlic fingers. My husband had clearly asked for the pizza and wings combo. Guy goes to his car...calls the store...comes back to the door to say he'll come back with the wings. He even took the garlic fingers back with him. He could have at least left them for the inconvenience. Service is seriously lacking!!

UPDATE!!!! Guy just came back with the wings. Order came to $29 so we gave him $30. Order was wrong. Had to wait an extra half hour to get the wings. He wouldn't even leave the small garlic fingers for the inconvenience. Then had the nerve to come back with the missing part of our order and make a point of saying "thanks for the tip". He would have gotten a tip if he was the least bit apologetic. Never ordering there again! Too bad...they were so good...

After being a loyal customer to this location for the last 15+ years, I would NOT recommend anyone ordering from this location ever again. I don't know if it was a change in management or something else, but for the last 8 months whenever we've ordered from this location, they've messed up our order and thus wasted not only my time but theirs as well. Not like I was ordering anything complicated, simply stated No Vegies. It must have been getting bad for them to the point that they had to have their driver's tell a bold face blatant lie of how the person taking the order asked if I wanted vegies and I had said yes. I was not going to get into an argument, thus this negative review is the end result. DO NOT ORDER from them. They don't care about getting your order correct, or even listening to what you're ordering in the first place. They'll waste your time and then tell you it was your mistake. Clearly something has changed in and it has not been for the better. I wish I could give them a 0...

Last week I really wanted a good solid "normal" pizza. Not a thin crust fancy just a good dependable pepperoni. My wife surprised me by stopping into Clayton park pizzadelic and bringing us 2 slices... When I say 2 its almost 4 when cut in half. The toppings were... What I like...toppings. I'm not a fan of places that hide the topping in the middle all soggy. They were generous crispy pepperoni all over, unlike many cheap places I try once then never again they had sauce. Good portion. It was really really good. In return to my wife last night I grabbed 3 slices to suprise her with dinner. 2 pepperoni and 1 meat lovers. I was relieved that it was as good as the first time. Congrats guys I run my own small business a food location. Your my new go to for reliable delicious traditional pizza. We often only hear complaints so I wanted to ensure I took the time to leave this public...
