Complaint – Drive-Through Experience I had an unpleasant experience at your drive-through. When my tap card didn’t work, the staff member Anureet told me it was declined and then called her manager, saying in Punjabi: “Come here and take her payment, she’s wasting time.” in her version edhr pay kevaye, time khraab kri Jandi a Another staff member, Jashan, told me “Don’t order food from here. Don’t come here,” which I found very disrespectful. When I asked for the General Manager’s contact details and their names, both refused and even threatened to call the police. Is it tim Hortons policy?? Not to identify their names?? And not to provide the any contact to complain??? And during training, as Jashan said she is the assistant manager, don’t you teach them that if a concern arises, instead of talking disrespectfully, they should say to the customer, “I can try to help you”?
But Jashan’s response was to throw the tap machine aside with attitude and say she wasn’t talking to me, she was saying that to another customer.
Lol if not me, then another customer? Wow, girl.That’s why videos of people like you get made.
If staff and Assistant managers refuse to identify themselves or provide complaint contacts, how can customers raise concerns? I request this issue be reviewed and addressed...

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru friday around 9am. I clearly stated my order, but the crew (guy) insisted—quite rudely—that I had said something else. Instead of clarifying politely or resolving the issue professionally, they spoke to me in a disrespectful and mocking tone.
Wanting to clear things up, I returned and spoke with the supervisor, even showing dashcam footage that confirmed I had placed the correct order. Instead of apologizing or addressing the mistake, the guy didn’t say anything and continued to act tough like I was nothing to him. What shocked me the most was discovering that the supervisor herself had been part of the drive-thru crew at the time—and was one of the people laughing at me during the incident.
This kind of unprofessional, immature behavior from both the crew and the supervisor is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when trying to resolve an issue calmly and with evidence. They are always smiling and positive, and my order is virtually always correct (even though I’m VERY fussy!). I don’t ever feel like I’m causing a problem even when they are very busy because they are always happy when filling my order. I think that this store’s manager deserves a lot of credit for the team’s performance based on what I see.
