Read moreWhere do i start, i ordered a pizza on a Thursday night at 9:30pm, picked it up close to 10pm, the order was one XL pizza, two dips and a drink, The dips are mislabelled online, and were not remembered by the staff upon acceptance of the product. The pizza itself, well i was not expecting fantastic Italian thin crust/ freshest ingredients in the world, but i at least expected something satisfying, no, What i got was a pizza that was ordered as well done to be that of a dry, cardboard like crust, slightly cooked toppings, no browning on the cheese. When i spoke to the "owner" or franchisee i was given excuse after excuse for the issues i had with more of a defensive attitude than that of a helpful one, i was ushered out of the store since there were customers inside and he im sure did not want them to hear the level of quality that his products are made at and im sure didn't want an argument or heated discussion between him and a customer to be in front of others, none the less the lack of understanding and general complacency and incompetence is shocking, he had a chance to fix the issues and turn me from an unsatisfied customer into that of a satisfied one, yet i am now here as a infuriated and livid customer. Especially after i mentioned that "Italians have been making pizza for a thousand years, its not hard, i don't see why you guys (pointing at his store and employees) can't do it" and he a middle eastern man took this as me making a racial slur/comment against him, never in my life have i been talked to and treated in such a way by someone in a managerial position let alone a business owner in a small town. I type this as a warning, the reception i got for being unhappy with my pizza was that of "Sucks to be you" and the attitude i got was that of aggression and smugness.
tl;dr - Low quality pizza, Low quality service, appalling manager with an attitude problem and service that leaves MORE than a lot...
