Rallis Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Halton Hills

I've been a customer for many years but have noticed the quality and quantity getting lower over the years. When I called to correct a messed up order, the girl didn't care and hung up on me mid sentence. I was calm, understanding and polite, but she couldn't be bothered. When I talked to the owner, he was very dismissive. He basically accused me of lying as well (I have a picture to prove the mistake). The way my concern was handled (rather wasn't handled) was very disappointing. It seems this place doesn't care to communicate with customers. They don't seem to care if they lose then either. I won't be ordering again

Edited to add, I have had a few issues over the years that I've let go. The girls taking the orders are normally very short with you, rush you through taking the order too. We've ordered burgers many times in the past with green peppers, last time we ordered the girl told us they don't put green peppers on burgers. It's just odd. If something is being requested (as long as it's reasonable) it should be...

we are always looking for a new burger place and found this place along the road. Looks like a typical older style diner that does burgers... but what a great surprise!! The burgers were fantastic... done right in front of you... fresh, not frozen, the owner was incredibly humble and appreciative, clearly understands what hospitality is all about.. The host and server at the cash was very friendly, polite and helpful. The burger was very good.. it was big and the flavour was great... not greasy, good flavour. and plenty of it.. I would recommend this place for a cheeseburger any day. out of 25 places we recently visited for burgers this place is right in the middle with places like burger factory and fresh burger. Great Job. I should add, that during our visit the owner did something very subtle to ensure his guests are comfortable at his restaurant... it was very subtle and not sure if anyone else noticed... but I did and I very much...

Honestly, if you're looking for a great food experience, you have to come try this place out! Aside from the prices being reasonable, the owner/chef takes pride in delivering Quality; this shows in his commitment in the front lines, making all the dishes himself, ensuring his impressive standards are met.

There is quality in the ingredients, Preparation of the food, and Quality in the staff, demonstrating a heart felt investment in, not just the food; but, in the training as well!

Their dedication continues to provide great food and excellent hospitality, always making me feel at home!

Thank you for making this one of my favourite places to eat!
