ššš Having ordered and picked up food from 3 separate Domino's Pizza locations in the past few months. My family and I do like our pizza from this particular location having had pizza delivery from this Domino's Pizza in the years past.
Tried the *Cinnamon bites dessert(not sure if that's how it's listed on the menu:) Nothing wrong with how the dessert was served but for the sake of providing feedback, the side order of icing that comes with the cinnamon desert. I believe is appropriately best served as an option on the side. The icing tastes like icing sure mixed with something, minus the needed sweetness & deliciousness:)..Still edibleāļø
A friendly suggestion for Levels of management perhaps, with the potential to be of convenience for the busy employees and customers waiting outside. Considering implementing the safety mechanism that allows the working employees to unlock the front door entrance for customers. To be accessible somewhere closer to where employees are working but still allowing them to access the outdoor security. Maybe even doing so without having to necessarily stop to use their hands.

However, as I was waiting for the Tracker to indicate when our food would be arriving as I had placed an order for delivery along with a tip I prepaid for however the website was being difficult and the Tracker had to reload. If I had not reloaded the tracker I would have never know that my food was ready over 20 minutes sitting at the store waiting for pick up. I was shocked as I was waiting for food that was never going to show up. After being disappointed I went to the location to pick up my order to see it had been on a shelve not heated for ove 20 minutes not only did I pay for delivery I also got cold food. When i complained to the store they had turned the tables on the customer indicating that it must have been my error..I tried to explain why would I pay a tip for a.driver when I had to pick the order up. Dominoes would not even give the tip back nor did they apologize for any of the inconvienience or the fact I paid alot of money for cold leftovers. Just unacceptable do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat pizza, but terrible communication, I asked an online order before and forgot to change the payment method from debit at the door to credit at the door, called them, they've acknowledged the problem and the delivery guy showed up expecting me to pay in debit, fortunately he has the other device in his car so not a big deal. Today is the worst, ordered the pizza online for delivery again, took them 20 minutes to quality check, showed up with my drink missing, the delivery man said he's gonna go back and get it to me, 20 minutes later, nothing. I called in, someone picked up and was not able to hear any word from me, asking me to repeat again so I had to raise my voice to an incredible loud level, word by word, saying the only thing missing is the drink, then the person finally understand what I was saying, she did apologize though, then she said they will send someone to deliver it, and it's not delivered until 20 minutes after! During this time still no one showed up! So yea, 40 minutes for a bottle of fanta arrive. You think I'll buy from them again?...
