UPDATE: I called and told them of my complaint with my food and the woman on the phone was very certain to correct the order (the following day because it was closing time) I brought it back the following day (today) and the owner was so very nice. She was very insistent in correcting the order and made me the pad thai again... And let me tell you it was Fantastic. The very nice woman behind the desk explained to me that they use a base that is a red base like tomato different from previous pad thai I am used to. The noodles the sauce the vegetables everything was perfect. I definitely appreciate the owner and her customer service it was great and thank them for the correction and taking the time to make a new order (which was spicy and fantastic!!!) I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!! I will be back its great when you find people who value their customers!!!

Welp, I should have read the reviews. Pad Thai?? Oh, you mean the soggy noodles in ketchup sauce? I made the mistake of asking for it to be very spicy... They didn't put any spice INFACT they put the chili pepper in the bag WHOLE like I should chop it and put it in myself. I called them to complain about the missing spice and they offered to make me a new one tomorrow but honestly I can't even bother to go back for round 2 of soggy noodles and ketchup sauce. I am so VERY disappointed, I've had a very long day so I just wanted some Pad Thai and glass of wine, not ketchup...

I was craving spring rolls , I will usually just buy a couple from a well known grocery store who have their take out sections. Anyways, I decided to try Little Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant on Mall Rd. 1st time ever I walked into this place, at first I was taken back a bit from the decor, to me its kind of 60's looking Anyways, I ordered 2 sring rolls to take out. I waited almost 20 mins..What a delicious tasting spring rolls...oh my goodness! I love this food, especially when the owner cooks it from scratch..Well worth the wait. I also, checked out the menu and their prices are excellent. Also, I couldn't believe the size of the portions of other dishes served to another customer who just happened to engage in conversation with me while I was waiting... Like I stated my first impression when I walked in was , oh! Flash back to the 60's

But the food is excellent and well cooked fresh ... I have told so many of my friends now to check this place out if they want to try Vietnamese food. I stand by what I say, that's just who I am .

I most certainly wouldn't astroturf either.... Check it out for yourselves and enjoy.. I just love the size , the taste and the price of their homemade ...

Disappointed...at first, not anymore (see update). First time my wife and I ordered from the resturant, the food was amazing. This time, I ordered through Skip The Dishes. When my order finally arrived, I noticed something was off as I saw 4 drinks, I only ordered 3. Turns out that the one flavor of milkshake I ordered (coconut), they had run out of. I mentioned this to the STD delivery person, and he told me it wasn't his problem, he only delivers what they gave him. Instead of calling me to find out what flavor I wanted to substitute with, the restaurant made a judgement call to give me a second mango shake and issue an avacado shake . I get they were trying to be nice, but if you're going to substitute something in someone's order, call them to make sure it's okay, don't just make the call yourself. (UPDATE):. Went in on June 11 and spoke with the owner. She apologized for what had happened and was kind enough to make me 2 coconut shakes and 1 mango shake. The food there is amazing, that was never the issue, and the fact that the owner showed she's all about customer service through our conversation and what she chose to do, is the reason Little Saigon will continue to have...

This is how my soup was packaged. It's leaking all over my counter. My Chefs always told me that you make sure that the food that comes out of the kitchen is up to par. If it is not good enough to put your name on it don't send it out. it can ruin your credentials and the experience you provide for your customers. This is an example of what not to do. Maybe not package the soup and tell the delivery driver " the soup is supposed to be leaking everywhere." What world do you live in where it's acceptable to have soup leaking out of the liter container it was in? It doesn't take long to repackage something. Nor does it take long to get a bad review. *** "The soup likely spilled out of the container due to mishandling during the delivery as we always make sure to send out our food sealed and within it’s containers. " I suggest you package the liter containers in a separate bag so it actually seals. You know tie it good. So the plastic containers-that's already melting with the hot soup-can keep the lid sealed. The lid will losen, you know this. This isn't the first time this has happened to me ordering from you. I never mentioned anything. This is just tardy.

My favorite Vietnamese and Thai place in the city. Cozy with delicious heartwarming and authentic Thai and Japanese dishes. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for families. The food DELICIOUS to say the least. And it will not break your bank. Staff was super friendly and everything there was great and they offer complimentary green tea that comes in a hot kettle. Perfect for the colder days we're to expect soon. My partner had the crispy duck with special sauce with rice and it was SUPERB to say the least. Crispy skin, moist tender meat, and the special sauce was tasty! I had the crispy tofu with vegetables with rice and I loved it. Portions were very generous, we couldn't finish everything and decided to take the rest to-go. We finished the meal with deserts. I had the mango ice cream and my partner had the purple sweet rice and I HIGHLY recommend it! It's the desert you never knew you wanted! Can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious food.

Our first time trying food here in Hamilton. Then we fall in love to this restaurant. The owner warmly welcomed us and took good care of us. The food was extremely delicious, we ate it and there was nothing left on the table. The first impression is the restaurant has a lot of local people coming to eat. I'm so proud to know that a huge of local people love Vietnamese food like this. The owner specially introduced us to a new drink: cold peach kumquat, very cool for the summer but I forgot to take a photo. Highly recommended the Little Saigon to the travellers all around Canada to come here and have a trial.
