Well I was in the area and found this amazing place. I had to use the bathroom and walked in to what is quite a beautiful cafe. The staff immediately greeted me. I used the washroom which are extremely clean and well designed. Now to the food, I looked online and found what is an amazing selection off items. I ended with a large hazelnut ice cream and a large blueberry/strawberry ice cream both in cups. They offer both cup and cone.

Flavour is insanely good. I didn't expect the ice cream to taste that good. It's the most natural and unprocessed truly fabulous ice cream I've had. I'm not sure who manufactures their ice cream but it's far and above the least processed and definitely the highest quality I've tried.

The staff are very friendly. I spoke with the manager who was extremely friendly. He graciously informed me that they have been here 3 years and let me know of a few other locations in my area of Niagara Falls as well.

Overall a great experience.

They offer lunches, cakes, crepes, waffles, and a lot of other offerings. Two chocolate fountains.

What also impressed me greatly is the layout of the cafe. Window view tables, benches, semi enclosed eating areas. Colourful but tasteful design which is reminds of a modern interpretation of a classic cafe.

Honestly if you're in the area forgo the processed snacky places and invest in a flavourful experience.

Prices are very reasonable for portion size as well. I've paid more for less elsewhere and haven't gotten this quality of service and food quality.

My recent visit to The D Spot Dessert Cafe in Hamilton—conveniently located right across from Limeridge Mall—was an absolute treat! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a super clean and inviting atmosphere. We sat in one of the cozy booths and really admired the stylish and thoughtfully designed interior—it added so much to the overall experience.

The menu is impressively comprehensive, offering something for every taste and craving, from classic desserts to more unique options. Our server, Kashyap, was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable with his excellent service.

Now, onto the stars of the show: the desserts! We ordered the pistachio milk cake, Karak tea, and a milkshake—and all three were outstanding. Each item was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care.

I highly recommend The D Spot Dessert Cafe to anyone in Hamilton looking for a high-quality dessert experience. It’s a great spot to unwind, indulge, and enjoy some truly...

Only downside of this restaurant is it was too rowdy.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Brandi, and I can honestly say she made my dining experience unforgettable. From the moment she greeted our table, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out. She struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

What impressed me most was how effortlessly she made us feel welcome and cared for—almost as if we were dining with a friend who truly wanted us to have the best time possible. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in at just the right times to ensure everything was perfect.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines such efficiency with such genuine hospitality, but Brandi does it flawlessly. She elevated the whole experience, and I’d gladly come back just to have her as my waitress again.

Brandi is a true gem, and the restaurant is lucky...

Arrived at D-Spot at 6:30 to honor the glorious mother of my children. Told there was a wait—despite clearly visible empty tables, presumably reserved for phantoms or visiting dignitaries. Opted for takeout instead and bore witness to what I can only describe as a gastronomic battleground. Half of Hamilton seemed to have had the same idea, and the staff, bless their overworked souls, were holding it together by sheer force of will. I, on the other hand, retreated to the car to preserve my sanity. Thankfully, our order arrived quickly, and we returned home to devour a truly excellent meal. The desserts? Heavenly. A 10/10 finale! Would I return? Perhaps.
