Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I get that staff are likely underpaid and overworked so I have tried to be patient in past despite my order being continuously messed up or needing to repeat myself multiple times.
This morning I had another awful experience and will not be returning. When I went through drive thru there were no cars in front of me but the girl kept cutting me off or talking over me. I couldn't even finish what I was saying and she tried to rush me to come up. I clarified my order several times. I ordered a coffee with 3 sugars, new Bailey's latte and 6 holiday smile cookies. When I got to window another girl looked confused and tried to pass me what she said was a black coffee. I said no 3 sugars she went yeah yeah and someone else wrote on the lid with other coffee beside it and then she passed it back. She asked what else? Are you kidding I literally just ordered and was only customer at time. I told her the latte and 6 smile cookies. She said oh you ordered 2 smile cookies I said no I ordered 6. Another girl came to the window and took over since this was obviously too complex for her. She gave me attitude and passed me 6 regular chocolate chunk cookies. I said excuse me I ordered the smile cookies and she said yeah we're sold out. At this point I had several kids in the back getting frustrated and she said so what you want a refund? I said no but it would have been helpful to know you didn't have them instead of charging me then trying to pass something off else without an explanation. She just rolled her eyes. Horrible customer service. I tried my latte to make sure they didn't mess it up before I left but unfortunately my friend didn't realize they had given her black and just wrote 3s until we were too far to go back.
Very frustrating and staff so obviously don't care or express any kind of accountability for service and multiple mistakes.

(the younger gentleman with the beard is very nice and the lady in the mornings with the dark hair they are great) but everyone else.. not so much. the other day i ordered an iced cap and a bagel, i got the iced cap and i seen the bagel on the counter. the girl at the window then decided to go do other things while i waited five minutes..WHILE THE BAGEL IS SITTING THERE! (meanwhile a line is forming behind me) i tried getting their attention as the window was open and it was very obvious i was being ignored. Once she handed it to me she didn't say a word or apologized for the wait.(younger girl with a black hijab) It's just brutal here i do not recommend unless they get better staff and fix their stupid scanner. it's unfortunate because this used to be my go-to before work every day....

Itās passed 10pm thereās no more buns at that time . She was apologetic but she canāt do anything about offering me donuts. I didnāt even ate my chili because I thought Iāll just drive thru ask for the missing buns. I was really fuming mad last night out frustatuons, hunger and so tired. Poor service need more improvement. Crew need more training so they can serve customer efficiently. Itās a ripped off for me. This happened yesterday...
