I was at this ice cream shop on Saturday July 26th. I live in Ancaster and have driven by many times but this was my first time stopping in for some ice cream. Good selection of flavors but the scoop size was quite small and pricey. I got a double scoop and waffle cone and it was much smaller than I thought it would be. The person operating the cash had tattooed freckles and she was quite rude. I didn't find her welcoming or friendly at all. She also just turned the debit machine around for me to leave a tip and even though I did(15%) she didn't say thank you or acknowledge me at all.
