Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

Ordered at twice the deal today, in my order was two panzerottis. After my order arrived me and my daughter decided to split the first one to keep it cool. Once cut we looked inside and there was very and I mean very little amount of cheese to the point that a slice of pizza would've had way more. Not to mention they were suppose to have 3 toppings which I chose feta cheese and double cheese, And again, there was less then a slice of pizza in the panzerottis. I dont like confrontation but it was really bad so I called them and told them my concerns. The man's response was he watched them being made and he would have to talk to his manager to see what he was allowed to do. He did end up calling back and he said thats how they make them and when I said this was not even close to a normal panzeroti yet alone a double cheese one he said that's what they have infront of them on instructions to do,he said he was able to send not 2 but 1 panzerotti for free (even though it's not considered free if what I paid for was not proper so he should have referred it as a replacement). I asked well will it be the same as what I got? He then said yes and I said I would rather write a review to let people aware of what the manager is allowing to be acceptable. Because why would I be calling to get the exact same thing sent when it was empty. The man I spoke to was not rude (sounded new) but I definetly thought this needed to be out there because I have never come across a pizza place or restaurant that would ever say what I received was acceptable. They just lost a long time client, I have supported Twice The Deal for years and the service is awful, I won’t lie the pizza is still very good, I ordered for the second time this week and when it came I was missing a pop and there were only 5 and a half wings. When I called I literally got called a liar, I was told by the person on the phone they personally counted and there were 9 wings, I said no there isn’t and he called me a liar. I explained I was a long time client and he just kept going on he would check the cameras, because he didn’t believe me about the pop either. I ask him why would I call and complain about the wings and a pop for no reason and tell him the pizza is great. Regardless so long Twice The Deal, perhaps you should go back through your orders and see how many times I have ordered from you and the one time I have a complaint you call me a liar.

I posted 3 years ago about Twice the deal and have still been going here at least once a week as the food and service is great and you can't beat the prices. I have been served by Mohammad now the last 5-6 times I have been in and he is amazing, he is polite, professional, he makes sure your order is correct and is thankful for your business! This place used to be good, but then they switched managers and got all of the employees to gaslight everyone. A year or two ago this place used to actually be TWICE the deal. Now it's half the deal, twice the time, and burnt. The workers say that they never sold so and so for so and so price even though I have receipts proving that they are lying. Today I went there and asked for fries which costed nearly 6 dollars. The lady there said it would take ten minutes, it took 25. While we waited there she quite literally just stood there and did NOTHING at all. When we came back in after the ten minutes she looked at her watch with a little shocked face and then decided to work on the fries. We were the only customers there and by the time we got the fries they were burnt, cold and not too good. Not even close to worth it. The lady was not nice at all and wasted my time.
