Supreme Pizza and wings — Restaurant in Hamilton

Ordered a Family deal - Comes with Medium Pizza 3 Toppings. Plus 20 Wings.

We had requested Sauce be on the wings. Wings came overcooked / no pre-sauced all the sauce was a scolding hot soup in the bottom of the container. Upon trying to fix the wings by shaking the container ended up with Sauce everywhere else except the wings. Pizza was nothing special / steak topping was very dry / way overcooked (Crispy) and very very gamey would compare to venison.

Normally I wouldn't be to disappointed but after spending 46$ after deliver taxes and tip. I expect much better quality and more quantity especially in toppings at 1.60$ an extra topping.

Wings were un-edible bone dry / little meat and also overcooked. I have sadly eaten 2 slices of the pizza after removing the steak slices and 2 Wings. Also recently had fillings done at the dentist and after this meal my teeth are killing me.

Sorry people reading this review / especially restaurant owners, hopefully you can turn this around for your customers. I don't know if I will give this a second attempt or if I will change my review after a second try.

Our first time ordering we won't be ordering again....my son and I gave Supreme a chance the pizza wasn't so bad! The chicken wings were disgusting they were slimy and wet to touch... when I called the store spoke to a woman which her attitude and manners were poor dealing with myself a customer! When I asked the driver to come get the chicken wings and refund my order....she told me the driver vechile has broke down! Lmfao...The rotten smell coming from the container with chicken wings had us gagging its a good thing we didn't get the chicken wings breaded! Why serve food you yourself wouldn't eat? Very unpleasant customer service skills! I'm coming to get my refund I have my receipt and untouched chicken wings! It's just late out and I don't wanna come out! Since you were rude and lied I would've of token a store credit! However I don't think I will be ordering from your establishment again....there are many other fresh and delicious places to choose from to take my buisness...

Read before odeewas horrible my chicken wings suase over both pizzia. Pizzia was just thrown in the box and everything just town in bags. Not worth Evan calling them they have terrible customer service. They can't understand adresses or phone numbers when I called to complain about my sauce every where they argue with me about what leaked and the best they can offer me was to replace meal no money back or norhing . The customer service lady also told me she would call me back after she talked to her manager and it took her almost 20 minutes They are the worst pizzia I have ever ordered. I would recommend to just stick with the big brands of pizzia. Ps it takes forever for it to get here I had to return my second order by going to the store I was accused of spitting and making things that where wrong with the food I am no band from ordering from there and it only took 4 hours to get my money back ...
