Jessy's Pizza — Restaurant in Hammonds Plains

I had a terrible experience at the hammonds plains Jessy’s. I ordered 2 donair burgers, one with cheese. I got home and there was 2 cheddar cheese slices on my burger. I called the store to complain and ask for my money back as i don’t eat cheese slices, i was laughed at by the manager and told that his boss instructed him that if it is not specified then he has to put cheese slices on it. I have ordered a donair burger with cheese from there multiple times and i’ve never specified mozzarella cheese and thats what i’ve always received. This was my first time ordering from Jessys. I ordered 2 large donair poutines for pickup. Upon getting home to eat them, I opened 1 and found a dead fly on top of it. I checked the other one, and it was fine. I called to let them know, they said they would replace it but it would take 45 minutes to an hour to deliver. I said I would bring it back and pickup the new ones myself. I spoke with the manager, who was apologetic, but did not offer to refund me for my order. I ended up leaving with my fresh donair poutines free of flies ar my own expense. This is discouraging to me to return as it was not handled correctly...

We are from out of town Ontario to be exact,we were very hungry when we got back to our Air B&B,Jessy's not only sent us the wrong pizza through Skip the Dishes,they proceeded to blame StD for delivering the wrong pizza,How is it their fault they didn't make it,Jessy's did. We did get a refund but the attitude of the establishment left a sour taste in our mouths not the CHEESE LOVERS...
