Subway — Restaurant in Havelock-Belmont-Methuen

April 1st my wife and I were on our way home to madoc when we stopped at Subway in Havelock and once inside after a few moments we couldn't believe what we saw from the staff it was absolutely discusting how the one staff member treated a lady customer,He lettery made the lady start crying because she ordered a $50 order on line for her and her kids which were out of power because of the ice storm and when she came in to pick up the order the staff member which was east Indian not that that matters told the lady they had no bread. And she would have to wait 1 hour before it would be ready. She politely ask for her money back since her children were hungry and that she would get them something else and the staff member told her that he wasn't going to give her money back. Everyone in the subway ask him to give her back her money. This lady was so polite but the staff member was being a dick. She even asked for the owners number and he said no. Just then another customer a gentleman reached in his pocket and gave the lady $50 cash out of his own pocket and told her to go get her children something to eat. Before this goes on social media I and every customer in subway would like head office to remove the senior staff member removed from that store that's who he said he was. I also have all of this on video. Everyone left the subway and didn't bother to eat there which is also on video. So you have 2 days to respond to this message or I am going to blow this up. All I'm asking is for some justice for that poor lady what happened to he customer comes first. My wife and I are in our 60 s so this is not a kid sending this. the only reason i gave one star is so i can review this place.....i go in there alot and everytime i go in there its a new adventure first they have a kid there that seems to like to run around i cant count how many times i almost ran into her, second the staff does not seem to understad the meaning of lots of onions or lots of anything for that matter most of the time your lucky to get 6 onions 4 green peppers and once i actually got 3 cucumbers on a footlong sub wow way to make it like i want it ladies and gentlemen (in case you dont realize it that was sarcasm) the one thing that really upsets me is that for 3 months now i have asked the same question and i always get the same answer the question is can i have a foot long pizza sub and for 3 months i been told sorry all out of sauce.....now i have worked in the food industry and know that your not out of pizza sauce for 3 months the real answer is this im sorry im to damn lazy to rewash the damn spoon...i know for a fact that is the correct answer because havelock is a small town and i know people that have gotten pizza subs i have been there at different times of the evening and tried to order pizza subs i dont understand why they cant make the easiest sub on thier menu, heres some simple advice maybe hire people that will actually listen to the customers and not dictate what they should have....by the way i use to spend roughly $45 to $50 an order....but i guess that...

I have been here quite a few times, and after my last visit, I will not be back. I should have walked out of the establishment when I saw dried up, old, rotted tomato slices stuck to the side of the container that they were kept in. That container had not been cleaned in many days, just disgusting. Needless to say, I didn't put tomatoes on my sandwich. This made me worry about what I was unable to see. I'm sure this place is riddled with bacteria. The head office should pay a surprise visit or, better yet, the Health department. The spinach was wilted and starting to rot. In addition, I have a hypersensitive sense of smell and kept smelling dirty, wet towels while my sandwich was being made. Once I unwrapped my sandwich, I realized the smell was coming off of the food board that the sandwiches were being made on. The wrapper stunk of that horrible smell. It made me lose my appetite. It stunk of the dirty towel they used to wipe down the food prep board, just disgusting. I will never be back again. This place...
