Subway — Restaurant in Hawkesbury

I remember in the 90's when the Subway location first opened. I remember it was immaculent!! The cleanliness standards back then are not consistent with today's standard. Everytime I step foot in a restaurant which isn't often, I am like an hawk I always pay attention how they handle my food!! I went into that location that one time a ladie in her late 50's was coming in front from her break.. didn't wash her hands put purel like twice it splashed on her gloves.. she touched her gloves and was coming towards my subway.. I asked her what do you think you are doing? she replied the sub sandwich.. I told her not to touch my food.. she didnt she went to do something else.. You have to pay close attention this is how food poisoning happens.. Back in the 90's it was the Pilon brothers they knew how to manage the gas station and subway bathroom immaculent.. You know what they say.. If the bathroom is dirty.. Get out run don't order food there.. If their bathroom is dirty their kitchen is the same. Always pay attention how your food is handled very important this could...

We've ordered in person at this chain and some of the workers here are extremely slow, it took 30min to do 6 subs!!! Anyways, so since then we decided to order online this way we wouldn't have to wait so long for our food. Well they always forget to put ingredients on the subs...even those that you pay extra for like extra cheese, or add bacon etc..They also never read the comments; we always request to add spinach as spinach is not in the listed ingredients and they never add it. We always asked for double orange cheddar and we never get it..we now realized that it's because they don't have any orange cheddar at that site BUT instead of replacing with regular cheese or shredded cheese they give us NO cheese even though we are paying for extra. ...

Horrible service, I’ve been here twice within a week waiting more than 30mins to have my two subs and the one sub that is cooked was cold and stale. The elderly man that seems to be new is doing his best but extremely slow, while the girl in the back is being extremely rude with him and sees the line up of people waiting and does NOT help.

This will be the last time I order here, I will do the drive to Alfred or Lachute and I will have better service than here and get my food faster.

Also two young girls the last time was just saying horrible things about the business and the people who work there at the front counter and playing on there phones while a line up of people waited, haft the customer...
