Meet The Pho — Restaurant in Hermitage

My wife and I make it a thing of ours to stop in and visit all the highest rated pho spots, We've eaten at pho restaurants all the way from Vancouver to Edmonton and all the cities between.

Meet the Pho is at the top of the list without a doubt. This isn't your typical place. We ordered the signature stone bowl and we were beyond impressed. From the flavour to the style it was served.

most importantly the broth was dark rich and very flavorful, the stone bowl is a unique and effect way to serve the soup as it guarantees your soup stays a consistent hot temperature till the last bite, serving size was plentiful, service was friendly and fast.

Highly highly recommend this place, do yourself a favor and go give them a visit. For $22 you get an fantastic meal, absolute bang for your buck eating out.

Today was opening day, so of course things aren’t going to be perfect. I had the vermicelli with chicken, pork.beef and spring roll. Was it the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had, no. Would I go back? Absolutely! Like I said, first day open. They open early and do breakfast as well. I’ll be back to try other things. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Quite a lot of things on the menu to choose from. Prices are not bad at all. Nice atmosphere. I recommend trying it at least once.

I had such a great experience at this Vietnamese restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spring rolls were crispy and packed with vegetables — perfect with the peanut dipping sauce. The hot stone pho was amazing — rich broth, tender beef, and it stayed hot until the very last bite. I also tried the grilled pork rice dish and vermicelli noodles, both delicious with perfectly marinated meat and fresh herbs.

The portions were generous, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese meals I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be coming back...
