Stopped in for an afternoon snack. Had French fries and a coke. It was my first time visiting the area so I did a google search on restaurants in town and was excited to see a nice old school diner style place show up. I liked the décor of the place but it is quite run down overall. A little face lift might do well to keep traffic flow up and bring in more potential visitors. The menu was interesting given the range of cuisine but I think that’s awesome. It’s nice to have options and the chance to try other things one might not often experience. It’s a nice little surprise. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere left me with a feeling of comfort and a sense that I could just relax and be in my own world for a bit. Gave me some time to destress and recharge. I hope to visit again sometime and see this spot thrive.

What a surprising gem to find in Humboldt! We recently moved from Edmonton and were looking for a Mother’s Day lunch spot. We expected a fun run-of-the-mill hamburger/pizza joint but were pleasantly surprised to discover the Indian cuisine menu along with western fare. The meals we had were absolutely delicious - the best Indian food we’ve had in years! Service was extremely friendly, food was served piping hot and the atmosphere was delightfully relaxing. We will definitely be back - sooon!!! Update today - August 19, 2025 Had the daily special of Indian fare - absolutely delicious!! Staff is friendly and welcoming! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!!

The service was fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Food came out reasonably fast and was fresh and hot. It was really very good. We had aloo muttar, and lamb Biryani. They were both good but the Biryani was SO good. The lamb was so soft and delicious and crunchy onions on top made it extra special. Forgot a picture of the Biryani. Will eat here again if I am in town :) Used the bathroom and it was clean and cared for!

Worst burger I've had in my 41 year life. First we tried to order pizza, Nope! Don't do pizza, yet on the menu still. So we ordered $9.99 battered mushrooms...literally 10 bar style mushrooms, rip off. So we ordered the $12.99 wings...10 average size wings. We ordered 2x the mushroom burger, fries and onion rings. What a joke. The burger was as thin as the 99 cents burgers at fast food places, mushrooms were a black pile of mush, and the fries wouldn't satisfy a small eater child let alone an adult, meal and apps took beyond normal times for a extremely slow night. We could smell this place stuck to our clothes for several hours. Will absolutely not return. The outside deck should be removed immediately, dangerous to look at. If you like wind, this place has the world's fastest fan, and swinging lights.

Telling me to grow up over a honest review? I'm sorry your place is run down and food is garbage, NOT MY FAULT! How about you be honest....we took the food we didn't eat for our pets! We definitely didn't eat it all. You are absolutely lucky I can't post pictures of the tiny portions of substandard food we received. Instead of replying rudely and lying, you could try better service and portions along with...

Despite what good intentions they may have, this was a very underwhelming dining experience. Service was awkward and slow from the start. We were served warm Coke with a small glass and 3-5 pieces of ice. While the food arrived relatively quickly, we still had enough time to look around at the “‘50s diner” decor, which was certainly not well planned and definitely was crooked everywhere. Maddening! But, we came for the food. And that was even more disappointing than the atmosphere and service. Bland, tasteless and lukewarm. Though the gravy for the fries did have a distinct taste of burned lamb. 🤮 We should have gone with our gut and skipped it when we got to the parking lot. Maybe this is considered good for small town cuisine these days......
