Staff at this location are more interested in conversing than customer service.
Sign on the window of the location advertised 2 original for $6. Sounded good to me so I ordered that along with a side of rings and a pop. It wasn't until I sat down with the family to eat that I realized I was charged for an original combo for $10 and a second burger at full price approximately $6. After tax it would have come to about $20.
I approached the staff to ask about why i was charged in that manner and was told that because I didnt specify the "deal" as posted on the sign I was charged full price. The manager insisted that i had ordered a combo so the deal didn't apply.
I asked to speak to someone else and was given a phone number. It turns out it was number for that particular location and not a franchise owner or senior msnager. Not very helpful..
The food was not hot and one bun was hard. The washroom was absolutely disgusting. Had I gone in there first I would not have ordered so much as water from the establishment. The toilet was dirty and was leaking on the floor. The sink was not clean and the mirror had spots on it.

I contacted Harvey's customer service and they stated the store manager would get back to me within 48 hours. I called a week later and advised I got no return call. The rep stated my complaint was closed but could tell no one had called. I was provided a complaint number of '254305' and advised the complaint would be reopened and to expect a call from the manager within 48 hours. 2 weeks later yet no call. I called again and was advised a regional manager would call me within 24 hours as the store manager wasn't dealing with the complaint. Again no call from anyone. I called on a 4th occasion and the rep told me he was calling the regional manager on his personal cell phone and he would call me asap. I was the ONLY customer, both inside and at the drive thru. I ordered two combos. One very simple ketchup only burger. I get home and it's not. It has other stuff on it. I called immediately. Instead of replacing the meal, they only offered to replace the burger. If I was eating in, I understand that. I'm not driving 15-20 minutes in 1 direction to pick up a burger. I had a snack size onion ring and drink for my dinner that evening because I couldn't eat the burger.
