Yummy House — Restaurant in Innisfil

Awful customer service. Will NOT ORDER AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE! I tried ordering dinner here, wasn’t sure on the names of the dishes and was seeking some guidance from the worker to help me choose what I wanted. She was not understanding me and being rude on the phone. All I wanted was to order some dinner and spend some time with my kids enjoying a delicious meal and all I got was rudeness and coldness on the phone. The lady was saying I was playing games when I tried ordering a simple meal and she hung up on me and told me I could not do business with them. I am shocked of the level of unkindness from this restaurant. I spent 10 minutes just simply explaining that I just wanted chicken, noodles and broccoli or mixed vegetables whatever they had on their menu because I was not familiar with their menu. I called YOUNG CHOW GARDEN RESTAURANT and ordered what I wanted within 3 minutes, the lady at Young Chow Garden Restaurant, was a mazing and kind, and helped me choose what I wanted within 1 minute after explaining the food that I wanted. Well , im here with a edit. Edit 2 Remember the days a expencive treat was ordering chinese for $30 ish? Now its a treat alright @a average of $90 but the food is fantastic here at yummi house thesedays. The chicken balls and battered shrino were the bomb and other dishes as well. Ive had alot worse. Good place for good food After giving yummi house another chance , they must of changed some employies. I find ordering on the phone the staff has been friendly and helpfull . Honestly the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. Disgusting customer Service. The lady there is disgusting. They made the wings very salty I called to let them know she said to come pick up one. She was nice to me over the phone and was disgusting to my kids when I sent them in to pick it up, because I wasn’t well I wasn’t able to get out of my truck and that’s why I had it delivered in the beginning...
