Pizzaville — Restaurant in Innisfil

I will never order from here again. I just had to WORST encounter with your delivery driver. I have never in my 36yrs of life been so disrespected, especially considering I spend a good amount of money with you guys. I order from here often and never had an issue until today. Every delivery I've had was with the same driver, i'm familiar with her. TODAY I placed my order and she came to deliver. She called prior to delivery I already sensed a bad attitude, I said Hello and all she said was Pizzaville so I said okay Im coming down and she hung up. I didn't think much of it, maybe just a bad day, it happens...I went down to the lobby to grab my food. She didn't acknowledge me at all, had a scowl on her face hands me my bag with my drink then goes into her bag, grabs the pizza, pushed it into my hand and says "Getting less and less generous aren't we?" with an attitude. She turned on her heels and left. While I realize I have not added a tip to my last few orders, it is because I have not been able to do so. For her to disrespect me this way is unacceptable. I am a single mother just ordering lunch for her daughter. I Didn't realize that I shouldn't order if I am not able to tip the driver every time. I am livid, this type of behaviour is disgusting. I understand the tips may make a real difference for her, totally understand that, however, I am a person too and should be treated as such. To top it off there was no sticker on the pizza box keeping it closed to indicate the order had not been touched since leaving the store, with this type of encounter I didn't even feel comfortable eating it, she clearly knew exactly who she was delivering to when she called and had that comment on standby for when I came down to the lobby. I threw the order in the garbage. So turned off. Disappointing to say the least. Wasted my money & my kids still hungry.

I received a call today and I was surprised on how much PizzaVille wants to make sure that the customer is looked after. As mentioned I support my local community. I like my panzerotti and the Margarita Pizza. My experience was a good one after talking to HQ and they re-assured me that it wont happen again. After all they researched my number and they actually called me. More than anything I appreciate the follow up from someone that supports and takes care of the PizzaVille Family culture and transfers and reassures that it stays alive.

UPDATE 2021 Reducing 4 star to 2 star. Cocky attitude trying to explain to me that the burn is a bubble....I told him that I am sure when they teach them how the pizza should look like durring training and he cuts me off....explains that he is doing this for 15 years and that I shouldn't have an opinion on how the pizza should look like.....

Well how about this bud. Change your advertising pictures so people would know how the pizza should look like furthermore I ordered my Hawai with out Ham and there is ham in my pizza....I wonder if thats also a standard you follow and thinkbthat your 15 years of experience is the cherry on top of this exchange between customer and store operator. It is sad to see how low quality store owners have become and how customers have to deal with this type of attitude.

I am going back to Pizza Nova, at least they are friendly and don't push their experience on people. They always take care of their customers.

I really do like the panzo from pizza ville but guys this is way too much money for the service you offer....I purchased just below 50 bucks and didn't enjoy the communication at all. Hope this new owner sells to someone that knows how to treat clients that live i n Innisfil....

We have been loyal customers to this location since we moved here 2 years ago. We order at least 3 times a month but this will be the last.. We cannot blame the issues we have personally on the business itself but unfortunately they subcontract their calls to an outsource location who are TERRIBLE at taking accurate orders or doing anything that actually compensates the customer. We ordered a medium pizza, wings and garlic bites, we were told our order was $34 plus tax and the wait would be approx 55 mins... our order came within 50 mins but was missing the garlic bites and 2 free pops we were promised (since our order was over $30) my mother in law answered the door with cash in hand and assumed she was getting what we ordered, handed over $40 in cash and was never given a receipt. We opened the boxes a few minutes later since we assumed our order was "all there". We then realized we were missing the bites we ordered and extra pops so we contacted the phone number listed only to be told we were only charged $25.99 plus tax lol.. and we could get a credit of $4!!!! We paid $40 for a medium pizza and 10 wings 😂 make sure u ALWAYS get and...
