Farros Pizza & Greek — Restaurant in Kamloops

I appreciate the outstanding professionalism of this team and the establishment run through their efforts.

My experience was not turning out well and I thought I was going to have to cancel the order because I ordered online to get a pizza from the Sahali location for my first time trying the restaurant.

When I arrived for pick up it was to my dismay that the pizza I ordered was at the North Shore location and I did not have to time to drive down there as I had left quickly to grab the pick up and return where I was needed at home.

The outstanding professionalism of this customer service representative at the Sahali location prompted not only a sufficient tip, I asked if he would shake my hand out of respect because he offered to have my food picked up from the other restaurant and delivered to my home.

After waiting about twenty minutes I received a call explaining my pizza had been made original without my personal changes to the order and that I would receive a properly made pizza and still be able to keep the original, which was a nice surprise because Im sure the wife and kids loved the extras.

All in all both pizzas came hot and deliciously made. I need to make note that the dough was perfect for me personally because it wasn't too greasy from the oil that the bite was juicy, which I don't prefer. It had that nice crunch from the dough and a good amount of cheese with ingredients to fulfil my requirements.

First time going back since the new management. The new owners are super friendly. I went in for pasta, and they had butter chicken on the menu and that instantly turned into a craving. The butter chicken is absolutely amazing, I had it medium and it's the perfect amount of heat as far as I'm concerned. The other thing that blew me away was when I ordered the lady told me 25 minutes, and I said cool and went to sit in my truck and I don't think 10 minutes went by and she was bringing my food out, it was super fast. The portioning is quite large, I'm a big guy and like to eat and I might have some leftovers for tomorrow which will be exciting. I ordered a caesar salad, garlic toast, butter chicken and this is by far one of the top butter chickens in my books in this town! Definitely worth heading out to visit these guys to get your next meal!

Just went to Farrow's today, and got a calamari and rice meal. The tzatziki is homemade and very tasty. The calamari is cooked perfectly, and was super delish! This will be my #1 spot in town to get calamari from now on.

Also, tried the BBQ chicken pizza. Look out other pizza joints, this place is gonna give you a run for your money. I am so glad I grabbed supper here tonight. You guys keep impressing me. That cheese is perfect, and the BBQ sauce is homemade....

New ownership has seemingly changed the food options, recipes, and quality. It's NOT good anymore. I think it's actually morally wrong that they're keeping the same restaurant name, since they aren't keeping the food the same. We just spent over $100 for three meals and it was barely edible. I've had worse, which is why it got 2 and not 1... But definitely NOT worth the money. Minos or Dorians are MUCH better. It took twice as long as quoted to get our food. When I got home with the food, we discovered they forgot items. I called immediately and and they said they'd deliver within 20 minutes - it took an HOUR - and I live precisely a 3-minute drive away! Rice was overcooked & tasteless. Potato had no flavour, couldn't taste any lemon at all. Greek salad had the grossest dressing I've ever tasted, barely any feta, 1-2 olives per salad, soft mushy cukes, and unripe tomatoes. I couldn't eat more than 2 bites of the Greek salad, it was actually terrible. Calamari was ok, not great, but we had to reheat it because the forgotten tzatziki took an hour to get to us. We will...
